89. Surprising Secrets and Sinister Uprisings!

THE DAY KEN 10 JOINED THE PLUMBERS,

IN AN OLD ABANDONED WAREHOUSE

The door of a fancy car opens, allowing Overhaul to step out of it, accompanied by Twice of the League Of Villains.

"Looks pretty run down. Is this really your base?" Overhaul asked Twice, unimpressed with what he sees.

"There's no way, I'm taking you to the REAL HQ! This is more like an interview site!" Twice replied as he opened to the door to the warehouse and walked.

"Pardon me, its rather dusty in here..." Overhaul pointed out as he followed Twice in. "I think I might get sick..."

"Don't worry, man! The people inside are ESPECIALLY sick!" Twice replied as he presented Overhaul to the rest of the League which consisted of Mr. Compress, Toga Himiko, Magne, Dr. Psychobos and of course their leader, Tomura Shigaraki.

"The League of Villains...What a joke." Overhaul commented as he looked at them with disappointment.

"The nerve! Is he supposed to be famous or something?" Magne asked.

"Master had shown me a picture of him before..." Tomura replied. "He's Yakuza. This guy's the young leader of the Shie Hassaikai."

"Yakuza?! Oh my! I've never seen one before! He looks so dangerous!" Magne squealed like an excited child.

"How is he different from us?" Toga asked.

"Allow me to educate you, young Toga! Back in the day, there were a number of frightening organizations that ran the underworld. However, with the emergence of pro heroes, particular heroes such as All Might and Ben 10,000, these organizations were dismantled. Those who were not caught and thrown in jail were treated like criminals under constant surveillance and now live at the bottom of the barrel." Mr. Compress explained. "To put it simply, he's a relic from a time long gone by."

"Well, I can't say you're wrong." Overhaul said to Compress.

"So, what business does Mr. Yakuza man have with us?" Magne asked. "Are you another one of those types who're looking to be brave after All Might's retirement and capitalize on all this new alien technology that's been going around?"

"All Might's not really the reason. The technology definitely has a hand in it but...The actual reason is the death of All For One." Overhaul replied. The name 'All For One' irked Tomura but he managed to keep his composure. "The Demon Lord. The man who controlled the underworld...My generation regarded him as an urban legend. Nonetheless, the elders believed in him and feared him accordingly. But with his death, there is no longer anyone who rules over the day or the night. There would've been one but Ben 10,000 went ahead and took care of him too. So...The main question is...'Who's the next in line to take over?' "

"You knew who my master was and yet to ask this question...The answer's obvious, isn't it? The next one...Will be me." Tomura replied as he glared at Overhaul. "As of right now, we're gathering more and more strength and soon, we'll destroy this society and anyone foolish enough to join it."

"Do you have a plan?" Overhaul asked.

"Plan? Didn't you come here to become allies with us?" Tomura asked.

"A goal without a plan is nothing but a delusion. And delusions trouble me." Overhaul replied. "What will you do when you gather your strength? How will you pull the strings? What kind of organization will you put together?"

The League doesn't say anything as Overhaul continues to talk.

"Stain, the Hero Killer. Muscular, the mindless murderer. Moonfish, the escaped death row convict. I can also see that you have one of Vilgax's followers on your side now." Overhaul continued.
