The internship students spent their downtime training and toughening up as they were ordered to standby for further instructions. In addition to that, they were also forbidden from saying anything about the operation that was taking place to anyone, even their own friends and classmates.

"The interns' movements are looking sharp." Kyoka commented as she watched the internship students climb the top of a cement wall that Cementoss had erected.

"Those guys figured something out! TELL ME!!!" Katsuki demanded from below.

"Sorry, we can't!" Eijiro replied as he continued to climbing.

As Ken made it to the top along with Itsuka, Devlin and Aoi, he thought back to the day of the meeting.

"That being said, leaving the Big three aside, I'm thinking your roles will be pretty small." Aizawa said to the intern students other than Ken. "You all aren't exactly here of your own free wills, what do you want to do?"

"The answer's obvious. We'll help. The Neo Orion Squad has already made up its mind." Lula replied as the rest of the Orion Squad nodded in agreement.

"Me too! After hearing that story, there's no way we can back out now!" Ochako added.

"If we're allowed to, then I would like to help as much as I can." Tsu added.

"Considering they were allowed to attend the meeting, the Pros and the Plumbers have acknowledged the first years' strength to be formidable." Tamaki pointed out. "Considering my own first year partner shines more brightly than me."

"You've got more than one chink in your armor, don't you, Amajiki?" Nejire asked.

"If our power can help this girl even a little bit, we have to do this!" Eijiro declared as he clashed his fists against one another.

"What they said. We're in too." Itsuka added as Aoi and Devlin nodded in unison.

"I just wanted to confirm that this what you all want." Aizawa replied. "At this juncture, our only option is to take the Eri girl into custody and take down Kai Chisaki. We won't be going any further than that."

The interns all remain silent as they listen to Aizawa.

"The shadows of the League of Villains is what's giving us the most anxiety. According to the police and Nighteye's investigations, it seems the League hasn't formed a good relationship with the Hassaikai. So, the possibility of them working together is very low." Aizawa explained.

"But y'all can bet your asses that the Forever Knights will be there, considering they've built a good relation with these Yakuza. And from our experience, those guys ARE pretty dangerous with the right weapons in their hands." Kevin added.

"They always DID manage to surprise us." Gwendolyn added.

"But they can also be pretty stupid. So, not that dangerous." Ben added.

"But in the off chance that we DO encounter the League, you're all pulling out, got it?" Aizawa asked.

"Yes, sir!" The interns nodded.

PRESENT

While all the interns were in high spirits, Ken Tennyson was dull and lost in thought most of the time.

During lunch hour, Ken lay on the roof of class A's dorm building alone, looking up at the sky, allowing himself to drift away in his thoughts.

"There you are! I've been looking all over for you!" Itsuka exclaimed, snapping Ken out his thoughts.
