Shruti passes a packet to Mahika, and the latter is surprised. Upon Shruti's insistence, she unwraps it, and two small handmade diaries slip out—one shaded in pink, the other in peacock blue. Surprisingly, Mahika realizes that these are the favorite colors of Shruti and Siddharth, respectively.

She picks up the pink diary and opens it. On the first two adjacent pages are pictures of Shruti and Mahika—the ones they had clicked for each other. Mahika looks at Shruti, who smiles.

"These aren't studio clicks, Mahi, but no less than that," she says, her tone laced with love.

"Yes, we clicked them for each other," Mahika replies, her lips curving into a smile.

As Mahika turns the pages, she finds many pictures of herself with Shruti—from the very first picture when they met in college to the one taken at Shruti's engagement. All the pages are filled with kind and sweet memories of their friendship, accompanied by small notes in Shruti's handwriting. Mahika is teary-eyed by the time she reaches the end, and she looks at Shruti.

"Shru! This is beautiful. And you know what? Aisa kuch toh mujhe gift karna tha tujhe, as a token of my love—taaki shadi ke baad tu mujhe bhool na jaye, the tide has turned," Mahika says, her voice tear-stricken.

Shruti, equally emotional, looks at her and taps on the last empty page.

"And on this page, you'll stick our picture from my wedding. Hum dono pictures click karvayenge. Mumma, Mahi, and I will need our special set of pictures," she says, turning to her mother.

"Of course, my loves! You too deserve something grand. And you, Mahi, I wish Shruti ki shadi ke baad, mujhe teri shaadi ki khabar miley. I want to see you both happy and settled," Shweta says, her tone laced with motherly warmth.

Mahika hugs both her friend and her mother, unable to contain her tears. She feels so loved here, and now, the gentle ache in her heart has subsided. She knows how much she means to Shruti, and the sacred bond between them is absolutely beautiful.

Shruti passes another diary to Ruhana, and as she opens it, she finds her pictures with Siddharth—from childhood to teenage years and adulthood. The most recent picture is from the engagement. Shruti is also included in many of the pictures. Mahika's vision blurs with tears once again.
