- If These Woes Could Talk -
2x4

The next day, the weather is dark and rainy. Usually, Vada would love this type of day, but her stomach is in knots.

She hasn't told Wednesday about her plans to break Tyler out, but it doesn't matter because those very plans have to be put on hold so they can get Fester first.

Enid frowns as she looks out of the window. "Weather's turning ugly."

"Capri has a music therapy class tonight at Willow Hill." Wednesday continues her spill about breaking in. "She's our way in and out."

Vada looks at the blueprint of the facility, standing beside Agnes. "Her class lasts 45 minutes. That's our window."

"Thing is already connected with Fester's contact on the inside." Wednesday nods. "She knows where he's being held. Thing will lie low until I've secured Fester, and make his own way out."

"There's a vehicle inspection at the front gate." Vada reminds and looks at Agnes. "Think you can distract the guards so we can sneak in?"

"I'll be in position before you arrive." Agnes replies, seemingly excited to be apart of something.

"After I rendezvous with Fester's contact, I'll extract him from his cell, and then go find Lois. Vada is my power against guards."

"What about me?" Enid steps closer to the desk, hands behind her back as she looks at the three with hope. "What's my part of the plan?"

Wednesday stays silent, having clearly left Enid out to keep her safe.

The blonde stares at her, looking pissed. "Do you even want to be my girlfriend anymore?" She asks.

The girl hesitates and looks almost perplexed. "That has never been in question.." she looks down at the map before looking back to Enid. "You're on lookout."

A scoff leaves the girl's lips. "I figured I'd be a little more mission critical?"

"You are." Wednesday huffs. "You see, if we get caught, I need someone to anonymously tip off Sheriff Santiago that something is going down at Willow Hill."

Enid considers it for a long moment before sighing. "Fine. Let's do this."

Vada smiles slightly and grabs her bag, making sure her knives and other supplies are inside of it. "Let's go bust some psychos outta the loony bin."

Night comes quickly and Vada rushes to Capri's car with Wednesday, looking at the trunk. "We didn't think about how small this is."

"We'll have to squish." Wednesday confirms and crawls on, grunting as Vada works her way inside. The girls are practically spooning as Capri begins to drive.

"This must be how Enid feels." Vada says in disgust.

"Shut up."

"You first."

"You first."

"Do I have an echo?"

"You're being annoying."

"And you're not? Your knife is slicing my ass."

"I don't have a knife."

"Well you don't have a dick, so what is it?"

"Oh. I do have a knife." Wednesday admits, holding the blade up. "Always love a good sharp surprise."

"I can't believe we're stuck like this for half an hour." Vada groans and looks away.

Music begins to blare and the sound of Capri singing loudly fills the girls' ears. Vada winces and covers her ears, not only sensitive to the volume but the song itself. It's horridly emotional.
