Transformers: Eradication

Part 50: Endgame

Fear: "Well it was nice knowing Megatron I guess."

Terra: "You guess?"

Fear: "Don't judge me. I'm not a people person."

Terra: "You can say that again."

Fear: "I'm not a people person."

Terra: "I was kidding."

Fear: "I know."

Starscream is just gushing over the person he hates the most is finally going to die.

Scream: (to himself) "Finally my hopes and dreams are coming to fruition. Slipstream, your death is no longer in vain."

Menasor's sword makes contact with Megatron's neck and starts putting pressure on him.

Menasor: "I will greatly enjoy this."

Menasor starts to put more on him, but then something happens. A very light sound goes whizzing by, and something explodes on Menasor's face. It injured him enough to let go of Megatron.

Scream: "WHAT NOW!?!"

It was rockets that were fired at Menasor. On the other side of him on the tallest building three figures stand ready to fight. It's the Wreckers. They survived their initial encounter with the Eradicons and are itching for round two.

Road: "Hey you big ugly bastard! We've got a bone to pick with you!"

Leadfoot: "Hope you like ass kickings because we have one with your name on it!"

Menasor: "You defeating me? ha!"

Grimlock wakes up and sees Optimus still impaled on the wall. He yanks the sword out of his stomach and starts dragging him to safety.

Prime: "I need to be out there."

Grimlock: "Oh no you don't. This is as much as you're going to get."

Megatron sees Shrapnel crawling along the ground. An idea forms that may have some big consequences later on. However now is not the time to dwell on what-ifs.

Megatron: "Shrapnel, are you alright?"

Shrapnel: "What you want want?"

Megatron: "I want to make a deal with you."

Shrapnel: "A deal?"

Megatron: "I need your to take down Menasor and the Eradicons."

Shrapnel: "And why would i ever do that? I hate you."

Megatron: "If we are successful on this day I will give you and your friends a complete pardon for your crimes."

Shrapnel: "You would do that after everything has happened?"

Megatron: "In desperate times it is wise to have friends, not enemies."

Shrapnel: "I see your point point. How do I know you won't screw me over when it ends?"

Megatron: "You have my word."

Shrapnel: "Very well well. What do you want me to do?"

The Wreckers battle Menasor, and it seems everyone else that can still stand is playing a part. The Constructicons are combining different materials into Mixmaster so he can fire a powerful shot. The Coneheads, Aerialbots, and Laserbeak are doing an airstrike to attack the monster. It does seems like Menasor is getting more than he can handle. Ironhide rides atop Silverbolt and lands on top of Menasor's head. He unleashes his most powerful weapons on him. This dazes Menasor, but he manages to flick Ironhide off. Swoop saves him, and the Dinobot sees Starscream is starting to back away. He drops Ironhide off and launches a fireball at Starscream's feet.

Swoop: "Where do you think you're going?"

Scream: "Far away."

Swoop: "You're staying right here."

Scream: "I think not, Dinobot."

Starscream fires his Null Rays at Swoop. He flies up to avoid them. He launches a fireball that hits Starscream's chest and makes him fall on his back. Swoop comes down for an attack, but Starscream holds both of his feet for this thrusters to blast Swoop back. Swoop does a backflip in the air to recover. He flies again but Starscream fires two missiles into him that makes him crash land. Swoop transforms and hit Starscream with his spiked mace. Starscream retaliates by slashing him twice in the face. While that fight happens Rumble transforms from his flying saucer mode and lands on top of Menasor's head. He pounds his piledrivers on his head while all the jets attack him. Menasor swats away Dirge and Ramjet with his shield and bats Skydive and Stratosphere with his sword. He even throws Leadfoot into a building. Roadbuster continues firing rockets and Rumble continues pounding. Suddenly a bunch of Insecticon drones sent by Shrapnel swarm Menasor and begin eating away at him. He hacks up as many as he can, and then Topspin activates his magnets to combat him. The polarity starts pulling on Menasor's face. Even with all of this he still defeats the rest of the Aerialbots and takes out a ton of Insecticon drones. Roadbuster, Laserbeak and Rumble continue their assault. Topspin's magnet pulls on Menasor's face. Eventually he separates the Head and chest from the rest of him. It successfully separates Menasor into the Eradicons. They all fall to the ground, but Swindle grapples himself to a ledge to break his fall. Brawl looks down just in time to see Ironhide get some much needed revenged. He gets blasted in the chest and is knocked out.

Megatron: "Skywarp, bridge them to the holding cells!"

Brawl is bridged to a special prison cell in their base. Swindle gets on the ground and is instantly attacked by Rumble again. He continually pounds the force field until it finally breaks. Swindle is vulnerable for the very first time, and he goes down on his knees.

Swindle: "I surrender!"

Rumble: "Seriously?"

Swindle: "Yes!"

Rumble: "Uh... okay."

Swindle is captured as well. The other Eradicons group up to come up with a new game plan.

Dead: "Swindle was a coward."

Vortex: "We need to think of a plan. Dragstrip, I want-"

Dragstrip is too impatient to listen and attacks everyone he can. With his speed he takes down Scavenger, Scrapper, Hightower, and Rampage.

Vortex: "Or don't cooperate. It's your life, man."

Dragstrip continues his assault and challenges Splicer and Sideswipe. He zips past them punching and kicking his way through them. Sideswipe gets a simple but effective idea of sticking his leg our. Dragstrip in slow motion gets tripped. Back in real time his violently rolling along street at his top speed. Splicer fires three of his grenades into the ground. Dragstrip rolls into them and they explode. He falls to the ground damaged and is bridged into a cell. Now Motormaster, Dead-end, and Vortex remain.

Motor: "So only the true warriors remain."

Dead: "I grow tired of this. Let's end this, Vortex."

Vortex: "Right."

Vortex and Dead-end take on the others. Rumble attempts to fight Dead-end put he gets kicked in the chest and blasted back. Laserbeak dives to attack Vortex, but he is defeated by his shockwave attack. Waspinator is one again ashes thanks to Dead-end. Splicer attacks Vortex, and is going at it in an even pace. Splicer does a spin attack that Vortex flips over to dodge. They fire their weapons and they both hit each other. Meanwhile Dead-end wrecks Sideswipe by stabbing him in the leg and punching him in the jaw to knock him out. Splicer sees this and does a jumping uppercut to knock Vortex away. Splicer fires a few of his knives into Dead-end's back. He turns around angry, and Splicer is about to get a real beatdown.

Splicer: (backing away) "Uh oh."

Dead-end lunges to attack, but something hits him from behind. Jolt sticks him with his whips and electrocutes Dead-end. He falls on his face unconscious and is bridged to his cell.

Splicer: "Hey, thanks for that."

Jolt: "No problem."

Vortex attempts to stop them, but he is shot by Longhaul's grenades. He picks up the Eradicon and throws him across the street. He tries to get up, by Longhaul slams his fist down on his head to defeat him.

Longhaul: "That felt so good."

All that remains is Motormaster, and he sure is is angry. He already has his armor on and shield deployed.

Motor: "Megatron!"

Motormaster is ready to finish Megatron for good.

Motor: "You have gotten in the way for too long. I will end your life here!"

Megatron: "Oh really? I don't think they will agree with you."

Mixmaster, Longhaul, Splicer, Waspinator, Rumble, the Wreckers, and even Shrapnel has come to aid Megatron for a final showdown.

Leadfoot: "Can't believe we're all doing this."

Splicer: "So this so much better than fighting each other."

Shrapnel: "I doubt this will last last."

Motor: "You all wish to challenge me?"

Megatron: "We do."

Motor: "I've already defeated the strong warriors including you. What makes you think you can win now?"

Longhaul: "We got the numbers, pal."

Mix: "And the good looks. Though to be fair that part is all me."

Wasp: "Waspinator has nothing better to do."

Road: "And we have a score to settle."

Motor: "Then bring it."

The final battle begins with a 10v1 against Motormaster. Roadbuster makes the first move by firing his rockets, but they are nothing thanks to Motormaster's shield. Splicer drives in to attack but he swatted away by the shield. Mixmaster fires from his cannon, and despite blocking the attack Motormaster does stagger back a few steps. Leadfoot goes to attack but Motormaster picks him up and throws him into Waspinator. Longhaul gets close and spews out his flamethrowers. The heat is too much even for Motormaster to bare. He is forced to drop his shield, and switches to his Combustor, and Longhaul goes down. Rumble fires his guns but they bounce off. Motormaster fires a shot of his Riot cannon into Rumble and he goes down. Roadbuster gets close and attacks with his chainsaw. Motormaster slices off both of his rocket launchers and kicks him away. Shrapnel transforms and leaps to attack, but he gets impaled by Motormaster's sword. He gets thrown off and is left to heal. Megatron shoulder bashes Motormaster and does a roundhouse kick to his face. Motormaster grabs and suplexes Megatron into the ground. Splicer return and fires a few knives into his back, but it does nothing to really hurt him. Motormaster fires at him, but Splicer does side flips to avoid them. Topspin and Rumble go on opposite sides of Motormaster and shoot him. All the bullets bounce off. Motormaster shoots at Rumble, but Waspinator gets in front of him and takes the shot. Leadfoot and Roadbuster return to fight, but Motormaster defeats them both by knocking their heads together and throwing them away. Topspin activates his magnets and pulls on Motormaster's armor. Motormaster resists but Megatron and Longhaul grab him to hold him in place. Topspin successfully removes the armor, and Mixmaster gets a fully charged shot into his chest. It wounds Motormaster, but like the saying goes wounded animals fight more viciously. Motormaster is no exception, and he jams his elbows into both Megatron and Longhaul's faces. Now free he shoots Topspin with his Riot Cannon, and he is severely damaged. He is out of the fight as well. Motormaster turns around and stabs Longhaul in the shoulder, and then punches him in the chest to make him crumple to the floor. Motormaster swings his sword into Megatron. He gets a big gash across his chest, and the Black Energon doesn't fare well with his Dark Energon. Megatron shrieks in agony until Motormaster grabs a truck and swings it into Megatron to send him far away. The remaining combatants help Megatron up while Shrapnel and Longhaul heal from their injuries.

Motor: "You can't win, Megatron. I took out three of you easily."

Megatron: "And you're running on fumes, Motormaster. Victory is well within my grasp."

Motor: "Your arrogance will be your end, and I will prove it."

Now at only a 7v1 Megatron fires his shotgun, but they all are blocked thanks to his shield. Motormaster throws his shield into Megatron, and it hits his neck, making him fall down. Mixmaster fires his cannon, but Motormaster leans to the side to dodge it. He fires a Riot shot at him, but Mixmaster cowers behind his shield. Splicer goes on the attack with Rumble and Waspinator. Waspinator fires scales into Motormaster's left foot. He gets down on one knee but manages to slice Waspinator in half. Motormaster looks up and sees Splicer is crouching on his sword, and when he swings it to shake him off he jumps behind Motormaster and slashing his back with all six of his blades before retreating by bouncing off of his head. Motormaster is the angriest he's ever been and tries to attack, but Rumble is behind him and hits him with full force with his piledriver straight into his spine. He screams out in pain but is still able to move. He turns around and Rumble hits him twice in the face with both piledrivers and full power. It dazes Motormaster momentarily, but he headbutts Rumble to knock him down. He defeats Rumble by grabbing and throwing into the air, and when he comes down Motormaster punches him so hard he gets sent into high speed into the wall of a building where he is out like a light. Splicer goes to attack but Motormaster blocks it with his sword. He slams his shield down on Splicer head, and then grabs a street light and swings it into him. Waspinator catches him and puts him down gently. Shrapnel and Mixmaster team up with Shrapnel still in his insect mode and attacks Motormaster's shield. He starts devouring it, but Motormaster slices him in half. Shrapnel is bleeding heavily but is still alive. Longhaul fires grenades into Motormaster, but he shrugs most of them off. Motormaster is slowing down a bit, but that alone won't stop him. Longhaul plunges one of his sword into Motormaster's right clavicle and the other one cuts him in his upper chest. Motormaster finishes Longhaul off by smashing his face, but he survives the encounter thanks to his his nanosentries.

Splicer: "Healer down!"

Mix: "And we're out of mana!"

Both: "Noooooo!"

Motor: "You're running out of men, Megatron."

Megatron: "And you're pretty hurt. You better surrender while you can, Motormaster."

Motor: "I will never surrender to a despot like you."

Megatron: "Then you've sealed your fate."

The final battle begins with just five weakened Decpeticons against Motormaster. Mixmaster fires first but Motormaster dodges it. He fires both Riot and Combuster shots. Mixmaster is still well protected, but Motormaster finally gets in close and starts bounding on his shields. They are heavily dented, and Motormaster finally rips the top two off. He slams both into Mixmaster's face and kicks him down. Waspinator comes to attack but Motormaster blows him up again. Megatron and Splicer go for a full on assault. Megatron kicks Motormaster while Splicer shoots him with his crystal shards. A few hit Motormaster, but the rest are blocked by his shield. He throws his shield into Splicer's face and it defeats him. Megatron is not pleased about Splicer getting injured and pins Motormaster against the wall. He delivers six hard and fast punches to his chest and then uppercuts him. Motormaster grabs him by the face and smashes it against the wall four times. Mixmaster comes to attack, but Motormaster grabs him by the arm and swings him around to get him dizzy. Motormaster shoots Mixmaster in the back and defeats him by slamming him on the down like how Bam Bam did to Fred Flinstone. Now all that remains is Megatron, Waspinator, and Shrapnel. Megatron and Motormaster are both tired, and they keep exchanging punches with neither side letting up. Motormaster grabs his shield and blocks his attacks. He jabs Megatron in the chest and uppercuts him with the shield with a blow right to his chin. Shrapnel uses his Techvolt to zap the shield. The rules of conducting apply, and Motormaster gets electrocuted and is forced to drop the shield. He shoots Shrapnel, and then Waspinator attacks by hitting with scale and his grenade launcher. The smoke blinds him so he shoots wildly at Waspinator. One attack finally does blow him apart again. Motormaster goes to the downed Megatron. He raises his shield down for one final slash, but Shrapnel charges his antennas for a fully powered shot to his Motormaster right in the chest. Motormaster is terribly damaged. Motormaster impales Shrapnel to a wall by throwing his sword into him. Megatron and Motormaster are both tired and weak, and this is the last struggle. The punching each other and knock each other down. Motormaster gets up and kicks Megatron while he's down. Megatron rolls back and punches Motormaster in the groin. He slams his hands down on him and then double punches his face. Motomaster backhands Megatron and smashes both of his fists on the sides Megatron's face. He punches him so hard the left side of his face dents. Motormaster goes for the finishing blow, but Megatron catches it in his hand. They struggle for about a minute, but Motormaster's strength is slowly prevailing. Megatron yells out and overpowers Motormaster. He punches him three times. Motormaster desperately swings his arm to attack, but Megatron ducks and uppercuts him. He kicks Motormaster back,and Motormaster gets another punch in. Megatron punches him three times and it gets him down on one knee. They both pant for a few seconds, and Megatron does a spinning kick to the jaw that knocks Motormaster on his stomach. He looks up slowly at Megatron with his hand reaching out. He then loses consciousness right there. Megatron has won the battle, but only barely. He falls on one knee hurt, but Longhaul has recovered and starts healing the others.

Prime: "Why did you do this?"

Megatron: "Because I realize this is pointless."

Starscream fall from a building and into the street. Swoop won their fight. Tears stream down his face.

Scream: (uncontrollably crying) "I'm sorry, Slipstream... I failed."

Fear: "Wow that was unexpected."

Terra: "Tell me about it. At least Megatron lives."

Megatron: "Mixmaster, put Starscream and Motormaster in their respective cells."

Mix: (whoozy) "Yeah sure."

Mixmaster stumbles while dragging Starscream back into the ground bridge. All the other Decepticons go back too. Only Megatron remains, and he pulls out his shotgun. He points it at Optimus's face, and all the other Autobots that can still fight point at him. To their surprise Megatron puts it away and dusts his hands.

Prime: "What are you doing?"

Megatron: "I'm done, Optimus."

Side: "Come again?"

Megatron: "I've decided that Earth is no long what I desire."

Leadfoot: "Wait are you serious?"

Megatron: "I came so close to victory and you all took that away from me. I'm not in the mood try this again ever. I will instead focus on Cybertron like it should be."

Grimlock: "That's a relief."

Megatron: "Your human friends should be delighted to hear that."

Prime: "Something is up, Megatron. You wouldn't give this up so easily. What's the catch."

Megatron smiles like he is still completely in control.

Megatron: "You know me too well. In about an hour and ten minutes you will be greeted with a surprise. I hope you like it because we sure will."

Prime: "What surprise?"

Megatron: "If I told you that would ruin the mystery. Farewell, Optimus. Next time we meet it will be once again as enemies, but now I will have won."

With that Megatron enters the ground bridge, and Optimus is left to wonder what Megatron has in store for him within the next hour.
