I wake up still in my wedding suit. I guess I was really exhausted. My hair was a mess as usual. I look around the room and Mabel is out of my sight. She probably went to work. We still had to finish the inside of the house. I get up to go make coffee. I look around and see all the furniture gone. Did I get robbed.?

"Good morning sweetie." Mabel said as she gave me a kiss. "What's going on.?" I ask as I try to hold back my yawn. "We still need to finish the house. Duh." she said as she opened the front door and took out the table. "We need to paint it."

I walked over to make coffee and saw that the kitchen was vacant. The refrigerator was empty.

Looks like I'm going to have to start working.

I walked into the room to change. Outside wasn't so hot so I decided to wear my skinny pants.

"I could use some help." Mabel says as she carries a painting out the door. "Such sass." I complain as I help.

Once we get everything outside, we get the paint cans. We dip our brushes and get started. "You know, this would go faster if we had Frank or Ray." she said. "It could." I corrected. She made a face and continued.

Out of no where, she put some paint on my back. I turn around and look at her giggling. "You're going to pay for that." I said as I run to her. We start running around the house. I hold a paint brush in my hand getting ready to get revenge. She reaches to a corner and gets trapped by me.

"Gee, I'm serious please don't." she giggles as she begs. I put the brush behind my back to make it seem like I won't do anything. "Ok, can I have a hug.?" I ask with a smirk. She smiles and hugs me. I slide the brush across her hair making her gasp. "Gee.! You never mess with a woman's hair.!" she pouted.

I didn't pay attention to a word she said. I was too busy laughing. She playfully hit my chest and continued to paint the wall.

Once we were done painting the living room, we decided to take a break. Since the furniture was gone, we sat on the floor. I looked at the doorway to my room. I had a flashback of me and Mikey running down stairs to see Elena. I missed them dearly.

"Gerard. Are you okay.?" Mabel asked. I turn to her and smile immediately. "Of course." I said as I kissed the top of her head.

Once the paint dried we put everything back in the living room. Time to get started on the kitchen.

The kitchen was small so that was a good thing. We were done in thirty minutes. We decided to paint the bedroom while the paint dries. The bedroom wasn't that big. But it was the master bedroom. So I know that the other rooms would be easier.

We decided to just move everything to the center rather than taking it down stairs or in the small hallway.

We painted it pretty fast. Probably because we wanted to be done sooner. The house was looking pretty good. We heard a knock on the door. "Be right back." I said as I gave her a quick kiss.

I ran downstairs and opened the door.

"You.!" he shouted as he tackled me. I didn't even see how it was really. I knew it was a male though. He jumped on me and tried to fight me. I was on the floor trying to pry him off me.

"Papa.!" Mabel yelled as she ran down the stairs.

What.? Him.? How.? Why.?

"Mabel." he said as he got off of me. I caught my breath and got up. He turned to me. "You took her away from me. You must die.!" he yelled as he tried to attack me again. "Papa.! I was the one who ran away with him.!" Mabel yelled as she stopped him. "We're married.!"

His face was priceless. I had to hold in my laugh. It would've been a fiasco if I didn't. He pulled her away from me to talk to her in private. Can't wait to know what he's saying about me.

Once they were done talking he walked right up to me. He was shorter than me so he had to pick his head up and look tough at the same time. "Is that makeup on your face.?" he asked. I nodded and smiled. I wasn't disappointed on that.

He looked at Mabel and then back at me. "Why him.?!" he blurted out. "He looks like a girl that got manly."

It kinda hurt me when he said that. I wouldn't want Mabel to think the same way. She stood up straight, took a deep breath, and clenched her fists. "I LOVE him. And you cannot stop me from loving him." she said with confident.

His face was priceless again. I coughed so I wouldn't laugh. He took one good look at me. "You better make sure she's happy." he said before leaving. He slammed the door shut. I walked over to see if there was any damage to the hinges.

She ran over to me and hugged me. She hugged me so tightly. Tighter than my pants. She let go and kissed me. I knew that, it was a sign that she wouldn't leave me. Which is the best sign ever.
