Chapter 35

This was not how I planned on spending my wedding night.

Suddenly, the pain stopped and the man hissed, "You will give answers to your superiors."

"I'll take care of her, don't you worry your little blonde hair." A familiar voice said. The man grunted and walked the opposite direction of the familiar person.

Once the door closed at the top of the stairs, the person lit the torches, but didn't lower their hood.

"I need you to scream as loud as possible and then refuse to give answers, understand?" She whispered. I nodded my head and obeyed. After two minutes, she had me stop.

"With your back facing the stairs, all the way in the left corner is an escape route. Go through there and your friends will be waiting. Tomorrow night, after Lucius Malfoy leaves." She said in a rush. I nodded.

"Can I at least know who you are?" I asked.

"No. Because you will never forgive me. But remember this; always choose light. The dark may look tempting but it will always be worse. Keep true to your heart and keep your friends close, but your enemies closer." And with that she turned and went upstairs.

The next day was definitely no better. Actually, it was ten times worse. Remember my nightmare in fifth year? When Bellatrix carved gashes into my arm? Yeah. She cut both of my arms up with words and scratches, like stupid mud blood, you know the future, bitch, etc.

I was also hit by the Cruciatus curse multiple times an hour by Lucius Malfoy. The mysterious woman hadn't come back at all, and I was determined to figure out who it was.

"I want answers!" Voldemort screamed. He hit me with the curse again, and I just laughed through the pain.

"When you stop all of this!" I screamed back. He lifted the curse and walked closely to me, walking around the chair I was sitting in. I had my own special torture chair! How lucky am I?! Please note my sarcasm.

"Now I want answers." He hissed. I laughed again.

"I meant all of this. The killing and torturing and death stuff." I said, though my voice had reduced to whispers again. He gave a high-pitched laugh.

"Oh no, I think you will give me answers, or you will be dead by tomorrow." He said, and ordered some guy to throw me down the stairs. I shook my head and waiting for the door to close. Once it did, I put my back to the stairs and looked at the left hand corner of the room.

None of my magic worked in the house, so I felt my way through the dark. It didn't help that I hit right into the corner wall. Meh. I moved the dirt and whatever was on the ground to see a wooden trap door. I smiled and opened it. Closing it behind me, I started walking down the tight hallway. I lifted my hand as if to carry a platter flat-handed and tried to use my wand less magic to create some light. Thank Merlin it worked. But, I almost screamed. It seems I wasn't the first to find this exit, and I was definitely the strongest to get out. Piles upon piles of molded bones and dirt and gross stuff surrounded me on the ground.

"Oh I hope mum can fix this all." I muttered, looking down at my grime covered dress and dirt filled shoes. Not that I was necessarily one for dresses, but this was my wedding dress. And after that ordeal, it went through the mill.

Finally, after what felt like hours, I came to the end of the tunnel. There was a ladder, so I carefully climbed up. Though this probably took about another half hour, because of how deep under ground it was. Dammit.

Of course, me being the lucky one, I hit my head on another trap door. I opened it slowly and heaved myself up and out of the hole. I took the time of sitting with my legs dangling in to rub my head.

"Raelyn?" a woman's voice whispered from behind me. I turned and saw Lily, along with James, Sirius, Michaela, Ari and Remus. They all looked so exhausted.

"Wassup?" I said, trying to diffuse the tension. Lily and Ari shook their heads in amusement, while James and Remus ran over to me.

They helped me out of the hole, and I stumbled, not realizing I stood up quickly. I hugged James and turned to Remus. I tackled him in a hug and when I tried to let go, he only held on more.

"I-I thought you w-were dead." He stuttered, water seeping down my neck. I gave a soft chuckle, but didn't trust myself to speak.

"It'll take more than a couple of Death Eaters to do me in." I laughed, as Remus finally let me go.

"We should head out of here, before they realize your gone." Ari said, her voice shaking and her face pale in the moonlight. She couldn't be... No. Ari is the person who has the biggest stink with Voldemort. She wouldn't join him, not for anything. Neither would Remus, Lily, James (hell, he's my brother), Sirius, Michaela. Severus is the only one that is, no matter how much I tried to convince him not to.

We all nodded, and I grasped Remus' arm, Lily and Michaela copied my moves to James and Sirius. Poor Ari was left alone. No matter how hard we try, she won't have any kind of a love life. Remus apparated and I almost lost all ease of breathing. Literally, I wasn't breathing for a good sixty seconds after we landed at some sort of safe house. Remus, of course, was freaking out. So while Sirius calmed him down, James got my breathing under control.

The rest of the night was spent by mum fussing over me, everyone worrying about my mental stability (more so than usual) and me freaking out about the next few years.

A/N

Sorry it's kinda short, I'm just not really into it right now, but I wanted to get this chapter done with. What's really weird, is that I used to be obsessed with Raelyn's POV, and now I really love Jamie's. Kinda weird but whatever.

The next Raelyn chapter is going to be the next two weddings.

Does anyone have a ship name for Raelyn and Remus? Sirius and Micheala? Should I find someone random to put Ari with? ARI YOU CANT ANSWER THAT.

Any ideas?
