Texas had lost track of time within that room after so long or what felt like it. It was almost as if his captors were trying to kill him with boredom. But even in these four walls, Texas heard it, the sound of a airdrop being dropped off. The planes engines rumbling the room with a roar loud enough to pierce down into where he was. Simultaneously Texas heard his captors by the dozen run back and fourth shouting at each other. To gauge as much potential information as possible, Texas quickly stop up to his feet and pressed his ear into the shelf blocking the doorway.

Of course he didn't hear much in terms of words since everything was in Russian but the tone they spoke was one of restlessness. They were alarmed by something and the clattering of weaponry could be heard too. It sounded like a situation where the men had to respond to something in quick fashion. They all must be gunning for that air drop! Nobody goes crazy unless they were being attacked in Tarkov like that. It was the only solution in Texas' head.

"F-fuck...Texas...what the hell happened...? My head rings all over..." Floridaman's voice then came from behind. Snapping to face him Texas quickly got down onto his level by falling over to all fours hearing Floridaman come awake.

"Floridaman I'm so sorry!!!" He apologised quickly keeping his head down from him.

"Its fine, it wasn't your fault. We gambled and we lost, simple as that." Floridaman brushed off as he tried to get up onto his feet slowly, Texas rising in height with him. Floridaman's head still hurt and it took a few near falls over the course of the action to pick himself up until he could do so and stand on his own feet again. He also had to get used to not being to see completely out of his left eye.

"If we get into a fight again Texas I think it will be on you to carry it." Floridaman informed holding the bandaged part of his head.

"No shit but I think they are all gone." Texas informed.

"What...?"

"I heard a shit ton of them run, there was a airdrop earlier on."

"Well...we only live once."

"You want me to open it...?" Texas steps forward to the bookcase blocking th doorway then looking over his shoulder to Floridaman.

"Yeah no shit. We're gonna die in this shithole if we do nothing anyways." He further explained.

"Right."

Taking a step back, Texas quickly rams himself into the bookcase using his weight. The case quickly tumbles down and lands slanted hitting the opposite top end of the wall parallel to them. This gave Texas a crack to view what was going on both ends of the hallway and a area to grip onto so he can pull the bookcase aside. Noticing the hallway really was deserted, he grabs onto the bookcase and begins to pull slowly sliding it to the right side while the friction produced by it rubbing against the floor produces a uncomfortable noise.

Pulling it was too slow though, the thing was heavy and despite Texas being pretty damn fit being a mercenary and all. He could get it pushed aside to squeeze himself through the minimum size needed to do so for a person like him but the time and noise it would make would probably attract someone eventually or worse everyone comes back from their little excursion to the airdrop. Thats when he felt the weight of the case seemingly lessen mid thought. He saw Floridaman helping out despite his weakened state after coming back to his senses from thought. Floridaman was pushing the other side in the direction he was pulling putting his own weight forwards into the case which was something he definitely shouldn't be doing in his current state.

"What the fuck are you doing?!-" Texas quickly demanded to know.

"Just shut the fuck up and keep pulling!" Floridaman quickly cut off Texas using as much might as he could draw on to push from his end.
