NEVAEH'S POV

"Are you sure you want to go ahead with this?" He asked.

"I'm sure" I nodded.

"Momma!!" My 3 year old daughter yelled in delight running up to me.

"Hello there Princess! Are you ready to go in and meet grandma Stormie?" I smiled sweetly.

"Yes Momma! I can't wait" she said. I picked her up and placed her on my hip as my husband approached the two of us.

"How are my two princesses doing?" He chuckled.

"We're great!" She smiled.

"Nevaeh Darling, are you ready to go?" He asked pecking my cheeks. It made my heart flutter just like the very first time, and I couldn't help but blush.

"I'm really nervous, they weren't very happy" I said as my beloved took my daughter from me. She giggled as he tapped her nose then kissed it.

"Don't stress, we will be able to work something out" he smiled.

"I hope so" I muttered to myself. We got into our car and I buckled her in. "Please don't speed today" I requested to my husband.

"I won't today, we should take our time just to calm down, we could stop by the diner before we go" he suggested.

"Okay" I said. "Turn the radio on please" I asked. He reached and turned on the Radio Disney's station. R5's Newest single playing and the crease that had recently departed from my forehead returned. He glanced at me and then changed the station.

"Momma, I'm thirsty" my princess whined. I reached into my purse and grabbed the bottle of apple juice. I unscrewed the lid and placed a straw as the road was bumpy and I didn't want her to spill the house on her clothes. "Thank you momma" she smiled. She brought the straw and started sipping and I kept a close eye on her.

"The drive through or go in?" My husband asked as we approached our favourite diner.

"Can we go in Momma? Pretty please with sugar on top?" My daughter asked trying to mimic the puppy eyes I made when I wanted something. I have to admit, I was pretty impressed at how similar we looked.

"Not now strawberry, we'll be late" I sighed.

"Okay" she said trying to hide her disappointment.

"Drive through it is then" My beloved sighed. We ordered drinks and fries and started the next half hour ride. R5 seemed quite popular these days, they were on almost every station we turned to. In the end, I just asked to switch it off and we rode in silence. We pulled up at the familiar house, but it seemed more intimidating than last time. I can't believe I was adopted to such a family.

"Momma, is this your home?" My daughter asked bouncing up and down in her seat, she wasn't tall enough to see to look out the window even with her car seat.

"Yes sweetie" I smiled.

"Was Auntie Lynn here too?" She asked excitedly.

"Yes baby" I said. After taking a deep breath I unbuckled myself and then reached over to unbuckle my daughter. I got out of my car and walked over to the other side and picked her up.

"Can I knock Momma?"

"Yes Princess, just be careful." She bounced to get out of my hold, I set her on the floor and she took of running. "Baby, please don't run, you could trip over!" I called. Mom opened the door even before we got to the doorstep.
