STORMIE'S POV
I went to collect the laundry baskets from everyone's closets so I could get this weeks stuff washed and done with. I went to each of the boys closets and each one was messier than the next.
"Boys!" I yelled as I left the last closet. I heard running and panting and chuckling.
"Yes mom?" They all said in unison including my husband.
"Everyone need to clean out their closet by the end of the day" I instructed. Everyone groaned, so did my husband being the childlike human he is.
"Mark, you can go tidy your side of the cupboard and then the study. When you boys are done, you need to change your bedsheets and neaten out your beds then you need to rehearse for a bit, seeing as you've been too busy till now!" I scolded. They groaned again and Mark went to do his work as the boys all went into one of the closets. I somehow knew that this would take all day.
The boys liked cleaning together, I I asked them to clean the house they would get that done too. Unfortunately I want that type of lazy mother and I actually liked to do some house work, so I got on with the work. I loaded the washing machine and started it. I was about to make dinner when I noticed there were no groceries in any of the cupboards. This is where the girls came in.
"Girls!" I yelled. The 3 of them ran and stood in a line in front of me wining seconds. "Let's go grocery shopping!" I said excitedly. All three of them got ready as I grabbed the car keys and got into the van.
"What do we need to get mom?" Rydel asked me.
"Everything, the cupboards were almost empty, we only had a few sliced of bread a jam jar and cheese!" I informed.
"Did we have any chocolates?" Lynn asked.
"No, we can get you some candy on the way" I laughed at her cuteness.
"Ok!" She said happily gazing out the window.
"You smell nice!" Nevaeh suddenly said.
"Thank you! It's a new body spray! I absolutely adore it!" Rydel chirped.
"You have to let me see it!" She said.
"Ok, I'll keep a lookout for it at the store today for you." She said.
"Mom, are we going clothes shopping anytime soon?" Rydel asked.
"What do you have your eye on now?" I chuckled.
"Laura told me there's a new shop in the mall, it's kinda expensive but everything is good quality and last long so it's totally worth the quality" she explained.
"Well you guys have the concert tonight and we are leaving for Colarado to more morning so it will have to be when we get back. Can you book a spa appointment for the four of us sometime soon?" I asked.
"Yeah, Lynn, Nevaeh, are you guys excited for your first Beauty and health appointment?" Rydel giggled taking her phone out to set a reminder on her Calendar. I pulled up at the store, car park, and we went in a few circles before I could find a space to park. We got out of the car and Rydel and Lynn ran to find a shopping trolley.
"Are you ok?" I asked my daughter who stood frowning at a bike.
"Huh?" Nevaeh asked. She wasn't paying attention, she seemed worried or something.
"Are you ok?" I repeated.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine, I'm just a bit sleepy" she said.
"Well now that you're grounded you'll have a lot of time to catch up on sleep" I said. I knew she wasn't at fault, but she was immature and I didn't want her getting out of hand. I was only going to ground her for a few days, then just have a little chat with her and let her explain.
