NEVAEH'S POV
"Marigold" Stormie faked a smile giving her a hug. They pulled away and then she went to hug the blonde girl and boy. "Carlie, Clyde!" She said placing a kiss on each cheek. Dad went out to a blue car and opened the boot, and pulled out a few heavy looking suitcases.
"You married a dope" Aunt Marigold said in a posh voice, her hair was a mix of orange and red, and she wore a black dress and a blazer on top of it. The girl, I wasn't sure if she was Carlie or Clyde, had beautiful long straight reddish hair. She wore the type of dresses I would usually wear and quite a bit if make up, red lips and smoky eyes and all. The boy had red hair too, it was like the hairstyle Shawn Mendes had. He wore a Ralph Lauren T-shirt, the really expensive kind and the children both wore Converse and aunt Marigold wore extremely high heels.
"Come in" Stormie smiled straightening the dress she had recently changed into. The three walked in and we lead them to the living room.
"Urgh, mother, this place is atrocious!" The girl whined. She was still wearing her shoes. They all were. Everyone stood awkwardly until Aunt Marigold said down. Her kids sat next to her and everyone else sat on the couches or stood up, they didn't sit on the floor like they normally did.
"Nevaeh, Rydel, please help me in the kitchen" mom said getting up.
"Yes mother" Rydel said getting up after her.
"Why don't I come and help you?" Aunt Marigold said standing up.
"No, no, that's quite all right, you must be tired after the long journey, Riker, why don't you show everyone to the Room once Steve and Lauren arrive" Stormie said walking out.
"Yes mother" Riker said. It was hard to believe these people were actors, they seemed pretty pathetic at the moment. Rydel, Kian and I followed mom into the kitchen. They all sat around the island, and I joined them.
"That's how we need to be the entire week?" I groaned quietly.
"You could come and stay at mine" Kian shrugged putting his arm around me and pulling me closer.
"About that... We need to talk" I said. I told him what was going on and stuff and he agreed to send me a text before coming over so I was ready. We heard the sound of high heels coming so we all quickly stood up taking thinks out of the cupboard ps randomly and pretending to do something. I went to the sink and started to do the dishes I had grabbed from the cabinets.
"Stormie, you are such a snail" she snorted. "Now you kids go and play" she said shooing us out. We left and I went upstairs as no one was in the living room. I passed our dressing rooms to see someone had taken the decorations off the doors.
"Your squiffy" I heard the girl say as we approached the room.
"I'm not" I heard the boy reply. I'd read this in An Inspector calls when we were studying this in school. They really were old money. I walked in to see every curtain closed including my bed. The decorations around there were taken off there too. I went over there and slowly opened my curtain. The girl lay on my bed with her shoes still on. She was on my iPad! She looked up at me with a rude expression that made me want to slap her.
"What are you doing here?" She asked rudely.
"This is my bed" I scoffed.
"Not anymore, it's mine now." She replied harshly.
"No, this is mine, there's a spare bed next to mine, you can sleep there" I told her. "And that's my iPad" I told her taking it out of her hands.
"No, I will sleep here and you can go sleep there. And that's not your, your not even related to anyone here" she spat. "You were adopted, you never will be a real part of this family, so I don't know who you think you are coming here and telling me to get out of my cousins bed. You know the ones I have a blood relation to" she continued and I felt like I felt like I had been slapped.
