First Day of School (Theo Raeken x Reader)

As Y/N walked towards Stiles and Malia, she noticed they were in the middle of a serious discussion. Stiles eyebrows were furrowed forward, clearly troubled about something, while Malia looked like she was a little bit confused as to why Stiles would be so upset with whatever they were talking about.

"I just don't trust the guy," Stiles stressed, his knuckles turning white as he tightened the grip on his backpack. "He's not the same kid I knew back in fourth grade."

"Who don't you trust?" Y/N asked as she reached the couple.

"No one," Malia quickly answered, hoping to change the subject, but Stiles nodded behind her, "him."

Y/N turned around to see a tall and handsome guy getting out a black car and waving at the three of them. He had short golden hair and it looked soft and silky. She was beginning to wonder how it would feel between her fingers. His jaw was strong and well structured, like it could cut through marble. She locked her eyes with his crystal water blue eyes. They were so pure, innocent, and captivating. Nothing about him looked untrustworthy.

"Is that the new omega from last night?" Y/N asked, her eyes still on Theo as he walked towards them.

"Yeah," Y/N heard the annoyance in Stiles' voice.

"I wish I had gotten back in town earlier if I had know he was going to show up," Y/N mumbled before biting her lip as she saw Theo smirk.

Her eyes scanned his neck, then his strong upper chest, which was playing peek-a-boo with his gray undershirt underneath his opened black zip hoodie. Her eyes moved along the curve of his broad shoulders. He clearly had muscles and she couldn't help but wonder how they looked underneath the gray undershirt. She bit her bottom lip again as her mind lingered with that thought.

"Why is your heart beating so fast?" Malia's voice broke Y/N trance.

"Uh?" She slowly looked away from Theo and back at the duo in front of her, her bottom lip free from her teeth. Malia was confused by Y/N's rabid heartbeat, while Stiles glared at her, his eyes filled with disapproval. "What did you say, Malia?"

"No! Not happening!" Stiles quickly rushed out before Theo reached the trio.

"Hey, Stiles," Theo said nonchalantly. "Hey, Malia." Then his eyes landed on the girl, whose heart was about to explode out of her chest, and smirked. "Hi, I don't think we've met. I would have remembered a pretty girl like you if we had." he extended his hand. "I'm Theo."

Y/N blushed as she took his hand, shaking it firmly, "I'm Y/N."

"It's nice to meet you," Theo held on to her to hand a little longer than he should have. His warm touch made all the atoms in her body ripple, causing the butterflies in her stomach to flutter like bees in a hive.

"Okay," Stiles broke their hands apart. "That's enough. We were just on our way to the library."

"Yes, they are," Y/N looked back at Stiles and Malia. "They were just leaving." Y/N smiled back at Theo.

Malia put the pieces together. Y/N had an interest in the new omega and she was going to help a girl out. "Come on, Stiles." She pulled him away. "Let them talk."

"But!" Stiles groaned as Malia dragged him away, leaving Y/N and Theo alone.

"Is he always like that?" Theo chuckled.

"Protective?" Y/N smiled. "Yeah he is. He's got a good heart and he just cares about the people in his life."

"I would be the same way too, if you were in my life," Theo grinned.

"How about we do something about that?" Y/N smirked back.

"Okay," Theo shoved his hands into his front pockets, making her smile at his nervous tactic. "How about dinner Friday night?"

"Sounds perfect." Y/N she tucked a strand of long bangs behind her ear and looking down her feet, trying hide her heated cheeks.

"So, it's my first day..." Theo lingered. "Any chance you can direct me to the main office?"

"I'd love too." She led the way towards the big building. "Are you glad you're back in Beacon Hills?" She looked up at Theo and locked her eyes with his crystal water blue eyes, Theo noticed the smile in her eyes. "Yeah... now that I'm with you." He smiled back at her.
