A:N/  I let out another choked sob "Hawking you little piece of-"

"Save your profanities Monica," he interrupted leaning forwards on the desk, "It's time to get to the real questions" he smiled wickedly.

I sniffled and looked at him hatefully "I'm not going to answer anything!" I whispered angrily.

He smirked and grabbed my hand squeezing it tightly in his own hand, "Yes, you, will!"

Monica P.O.V

"Now, according to your psychic powers, you know what's going to happen in the future" Hawking said slowly pacing in front of me.

I followed his movements carefully and sniffled "I don't have powers of any sort, I'm telling you the truth, I know what happens in the future because I am from there," I said quietly trying to keep my voice steady, it still shook and I didn't want Hawking to think I was afraid of him.

Although I'd be lying if I said I wasn't slightly afraid of this beast of man, I couldn't believe he had just asked his people to check if I was an alien or not! The method he used, my God! Was he nuts?!

The cut on my wrist now stung with pain, Hawking's men had put a small bandage on it but it wasn't pressed against the wound hard enough, it drenched in blood almost immediately.

They tied my hands behind my back so tightly it hurt to even wriggle my hands, it was worthless to try anyways, if I moved my hands I could feel blood dripping from my wrist down onto the floor, the more the seconds passed the more lightheaded I got.

"So you say you're from the future, and what year exactly are you from?" he asked continuing to pace.

I frowned at his question, either he was playing along, or he was actually starting to believe me.

"I came back 25 years in the past," I answered quietly.

"SPEAK UP!" he yelled suddenly slamming his fist on the desk making me jump back. I swallowed my fear, "I came back 25 years in the past! You know that!" I repeated a bit louder.

To be honest I was starting to feel a little freaked out in the inside, if he had ordered his men to cut my wrist to check if I was an alien what assured me he wouldn't torture me or something like that? At once panic began to rush into me, would he chain me up until he drained every possible answer from me?

And what would happen if I told him everything?

What if he used my answers to his advantage, what if he took the time machine and used it for himself?

I began to tremble, thank God Aunt Emma hadn't finished the machine just yet! The only bad thing was that Hawking was smart too, I bet he would be able to fix it just as well as Aunt Emma would!

I bit my lip, was she here too? Were Uncle Joey and Roxanne here as well?

What about dad? Where was dad? Oh man, worry almost chocked me, was he okay? Were they asking him questions too?

I had so many questions myself! And I knew how I was going to get my answers.

"25 years, that's a long time," Hawking murmured under his breath. He seemed to be thinking deeply about something, I stared at him, wondering what would be his next move.

He suddenly stopped and turned to me so abruptly that I startled, "Tell me, do you know me well in the future?" he asked.

I frowned at him "I'm not telling you anything more until I know where my...friend is at," I managed to say firmly.
