But Desiré held it against her heart and simply said "It's mine."

Y/n paused then, hand still hovering towards it... It is indeed... hers.

"Take this one instead." Desiré held out another necklace. This one had a familiar light blue sapphire.

Y/n's eyes widened in recognition as he took it "How..."

Instead of answering, Desiré said "You should be able to find him easier this way."

"..." Y/n huffed then spoke while fastening the necklace around his neck "If you're awake, can't you knock some sense into Malleus?"

"I am not his Y/n. Besides there's another you... weird, who's protecting him right now. Plus, I am a way weaker fragment than you are."

"Don't you know?" Desiré tilted her head.
