Dragon knight (Break down)

The first years friends group, c'est-à-dire Grim, Ace, Deuce, Jack, Epel and Ortho were seated together in the cafeteria.

"Where is Nii-sama?" Ortho suddenly asked.

"Yeah. I don't think I've seen him today." Epel chimed in as well.

"What? Do I not suffice you? Is Y/n the only one that's important?" Ace said dramatically.

The others chuckled a bit and Deuce nudged him "Calm down. She said she would be busy today... What was it again, Grim?"

Grim temporally stopped stuffing his mouth with food to answer "She said she had stuff to do with Crowley. I heard 3rd year, 4 year or something."

"Eh. Probably just her job." Ace shrugged "He'll find us back once she's done. It's always like that."

Jack was fidgeting with his choker the entire time "... Hey... Do you guys remember when you first met Y/n?"

They all looked at him.

Epel tilted his head "Hm? What is this question for?"

"Well... I suppose we all had different experiences. Like, when I first met him, I thought he was annoying but later on..." He trailed off.

"Oh, yeah, I get that." Epel took over "I used to find him kind of annoying too, he was like a carbon copy of Vil to me. But then I learned more about him and we spent time together so now we're pretty close."

"Yeah, I remember that." Deuce smiled a bit "For me, personally, I've always liked Y/n. We've been on good terms from the start. She never really got mad at me even if I did mistakes or anything, she was always helpful."

"I am on the same page here." Ortho beamed "I, too, have always liked Nii-sama. Nii-san introduced me to him and I instantly got nice and sweet waves from him."

"Well, I'm different from you all. It's not like I ever really hated him but I know there was a time when she really disliked me." Ace said.

"You mean when you were a jerk during our first day." Grim frowned at him, as if his bad feelings just resurfaced.

"Don't look at me like that." Ace huffed "There was that, yeah. But until some time later, Y/n still didn't like nor trust me."

Deuce looked at him, perplexed "Eh? But she was hanging out with us all the time..."

"You and Grim are dumb so I'm not surprised you hadn't noticed."

"Hey! Who're you calling dumb?" Grim glared at him.

Deuce held back Grim while Epel talked "Are you sure you didn't misinterpret?"

Ace sighed "Okay. Let me lay it down for you. Y/n kinda disliked me at first but after she helped up escape expulsion, I think she grew more... neutral about me. Like, Grim was always on her and she was sweet with Deuce but we weren't on affectionate nor deep terms with each other. If I touched him without warning, he would jerk away and he didn't hesitate to push me away if I invaded his personal space or got on his nerves."

Grim looked up in thoughts "Well, I never noticed..."

"So, Nii-sama warmed up to you after time?" Ortho tilted his head.

"That's a factor, yes. But..." Ace thought for a moment then nodded to himself "I think I can tell you, yeah. Did you know Y/n was prone to anxiety attacks?"

The others looked confused, except Epel and Ortho.

Epel remembered "Vil-san and Rook-san told me about it. They apparently have a way to help her when that happens."
