Dragon Knight (Sink into despair)

On the path to the castle gates, Maleanor appears in a burst of green fire.

"There she is! It's Maleanor!" Hen-dick exclaims.

"The weather is changing..." The Dawn Knight remarks as dark clouds appear in the sky and it starts to rain.

"Well, well... Henrick of the Silver Owls, the Dawn Knight, and... How quaint, even people from neighboring lands, all gathered together." She sounds so much like Malleus...

"You've come alone. That means you accept the duel with the Dawn Knight, I trust?"

"Duel? Duel, you say? Hmhmhm..." Maleanor laughs "AAAH HAH HAH HAH HAH! By what right do you expect me to abide by your arbitrary dictates? You intrude upon our land, despoil our forests and rivers... And now you have the gall to demand my castle and the Majestic Ember? Arrogance has its limits... HUMAN." She glares at them as purple lightning strikes "I, Maleanor, shall smite every greedy human present with my lightning! You shall writhe in the dirt like worms and rue the day you crossed me!"

Hen-dick kept being a dick "Hmph! And here I was being generous. I suppose there's no reasoning with her, then. Heh heh heh... It's just as I surmised. She embraced her wrath and made the first move. She's a wicked, temperamental witch! Not even a dragon stands a chance in the face of so many! Not to mention, we have the Dawn Knight on our side. Go forth, Dawn Knight! Strike down the ruler of evil standing before us and deliver peace to all our lands!"

The Dawn Knight was conflicted but obeyed "... Guardian fairies... Grant me strength!"

"I'll obliterate you... Not a single one of you fools shall leave this place alive!" Green flames surround her as Maleanor transforms into a huge dragon.

The group has landed in the underground waterway. And two of them were particularly upset.

"What is happening here???" Y/n struggles.

"Free us already." Lilia grunts.

"Calm down and stay still."

The others worked on taking off the vines that were binding the two of them together, Malleus' egg nestled safely between the two of them.

As soon as Y/n's hands were free, she ripped off the vines that were around her eyes 'Oh, what? Did she know that I would be able to teleport back if I saw the path?'

"Ngh... Confound it all! I'm going back-" Lilia let out a groan as Y/n pushed the egg into his arms.

"Your responsibility." She put her hands against a wall and took a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves.

'Why does she seem more... dangerous?'

"... Let's go then." Y/n straightens up.

"I said-"

"Lilia, be for real right now. What can you do in your state? Going back up to die will only cause more problems. Besides, Malleus is under your care now. If anything happens to him Maleanor will never forgive you... And I'm sure Raverne won't either."

Lilia tightens his hold on the egg.

Baur looks taken off guard, not used to this side certainly, but he agrees "We must see the royal egg, Malleus, safely to Castle Blackscale. Let us have faith in Princess Maleanor. She will strike down the Dawn Knight and return to us."

Y/n looks away as he says that, knowing the future.

"She's so powerful, the rest of us combined pose no threat to her. Are you not the very one who said that, general? Conversely, the royal heir cannot yet walk, much less breathe fire. Who can he possibly depend upon right now? You, General. You're the only one. Please, endure for his sake!"
