FLOAT, CATCH, BLEED, DEATH, STIFF and PUSH.
I studied the 6 words for what seemed to be the millionth time. FLOAT, CATCH, BLEED, DEATH, STIFF and PUSH.
"Belle did you find anything?" Newt asked and I looked up at him across the table "FLOAT, CATCH, BLEED, DEATH, STIFF and PUSH" I said
"Those are the six words I found. All seem to have no bloody meaning" he said and I nodded
"Did you guys find anything" Thomas yelled as he ran into the map shed. Newt told Thomas the six words newt and I found and he nodded. "Now we jump." He said
"Jump? Jump where" I asked
"Jump into the glitch" Thomas said
"You mean the griever hole?" Chuck asked
I laughed, not even noticing chuck was here until then. "Yes. Come on, get her supplies now. Anyone who wants to come can" Thomas said and everyone nodded.
Silence hangs over everyone this morning, the grey sky not helping the mood. I think everyone knows this plan is going to end in some deaths, maybe even a lot of deaths. Honestly anything is better than being killed off one by one though. I don't have anything to bring but I walked with newt. "Do you think the plan is going to work?" I asked him
"Right now it's all we have, anything is better than rotting here" he said and I nodded. He grabbed my hand "come on we haven't got long" he said
"Is everyone going to make it?" I asked him
"We don't know. You have people keeping you safe though don't worry" he said "we don't even know if we will see a griever"
"It's kind of hard to imagine jumping into a griever hole and not seeing a griever" I said and he shook his head and draped an arm around me
"Stay positive. Me Thomas and Minho will take care of you" he told me and I smiled
"But who is taking care of you?" I asked
"Come on, let's go meet Thomas at the doors" he said and I nodded. The pit in stomach growing with every step I take.

"This way" Thomas called as we all ran through the maze behind Minho and Thomas. Alby ran behind them then the mass group of gladers. "Here we are" Thomas slowed down before our next turn.
"Make sure AB and Chuck stay safe. They know the words that will help us get out of here." Minho said and Thomas nodded
"Everyone-" Thomas started but was cut short by a griever arm coming around the corner and grabbing Alby, throwing thin off the cliff. Gladers started to charge and I felt a hand on my back.
"I'll see you soon" newt said into my ear and started to walk off
"Newt" I called and he turned around
"I love you" I said and he smiled, running into the crowd of fighting boys.
"Chuck" I said to the little boy staring at the bridge full of fighting gladers and grievers. "Chuck" I repeated and he looked at me this time with big eyes. "Let's go" I said and we started forward.
Giant griever arms swung everywhere. Metal shrieks followed by boys screams. Jeff and Thomas were fighting a griever and knocked one of the arms into Chuck. "Annabelle!" Chuck screamed and I ran towards the edge when Chuck was holding on by his fingers.
"Chuck" Thomas and I screamed at the same time
"Annabelle you and Theresa help Chuck! I'll be there in a minute" Thomas screamed
I rushed and grabbed one of chucks wrists, Theresa grabbed the other one, and the two of us pulled Chuck up off the edge of the cliff. "Are you okay?" I asked Chuck and he nodded, tears covering his cheeks.
"Annabelle" I heard a familiar voice scream and I turned around just in time to see Charlie dash in front of me and be thrown off the cliff by and arm meant for me
"Charlie" I screamed and the tears finally came out and ran down my face.
"Theresa, AB, Chuck" Thomas called. "Are you guys alright, we only have to push on a little bit further until the glitch where we jump" Thomas quickly explained, but before i could hear anyone answer, I saw out of the corner of my eye Theresa push her arm out and push me.
"Annabelle!" Escaped out of Thomas' lips and that was the last thing I heard as I was engulfed in darkness, just falling.
Falling to my death. The top of the cliff no longer visible as I fell. Just darkness.
