Recap:

“Wuhuu! Did you see that huh huh? Did you? Yeah!” Feeling like I could walk on the moon I flung myself on Brain crashing him in to a huge bear hug.

“Ok Superman, I get it, we should be going soon or we will miss lunch” He said untangling himself from me.

“Oh God Zoey!, Wait do you have her ring here?”

“Yeah its right here, we’ll give it to her at lunch, we know it works anyway.”

“Cool, let’s go!” This whole situation may not be as bad as I thought.

LUCIENNE’S POV

“Empty bowls? Seriously? Is this some kind of joke?” I fired questions at Brain as we passed through the “food line” which basically consisted of you just picking up your cutlery. After teleporting to school (I still say it’s like being in Star Trek) we met up with Zoey at the entrance of the library and made our way to the school cafeteria were my tummy was waiting to be fed but it seemed that it wasn’t meant to be. Even Zoey seemed alarmed that there wasn’t any food in sight, Brain merely gave us condensing smiles and motioned us to the patio. After snagging a table outside we sat down and I noticed many people were already eating; the worst part was that it seemed to be soup day because they all had steaming bowls of it. Have I mentioned I absolutely adoooore soup?

“How come they have food and all we got were bowls and spoons?” I exclaimed angrily.

“Relax your panties and take a look at this.” Brain said as he pressed a button I hadn’t noticed on the top of the table. Almost instantly a hologram of a chef appeared with a list of meals besides it.

“What would you like today Mr. Jobs?” The hologram-Chef asked Brain.

“I’ll have the tomato soup special and a lemonade please.” Brain told the chef. As soon as the words left his mouth almost magically his bowl started filling up with his tomato soup, two scones appeared on his salad plate and his glass filled up with what looked like pink lemonade.  The hologram shut down as his ordered finished appearing. Brain frowned at the beverage.

“I hate it when they mix up the drinks.” Brain muttered. “Anyway why don’t guys try it?” He encouraged.

“Go for it Zo I know your dying to.” I told her. Not having to tell her twice she pressed the button and the hologram-Chef appeared again.

“What would you like today Miss Sunniva?”

“Wow, it truly is amazing, is it powered by finger-print recognition or by facial?” Zoey asked Brain.

“Facial, now order before it thinks you don’t want anything.” Brain told her. Zoey scanned thru the menu, a frown appearing over her face.

“Umm, I think I’ll have the miso soup special and an iced tea please.” Zoey told the chef. As with Brain her bowl and glass instantly started filling up with her order but instead of scones, her salad plate was filled up with an assortment of celery and cucumbers drizzled with ranch dressing. Without hesitation I neatly plucked a veggie from her plate while the chef disappeared earning me a jab in the stomach.

“Sorry, it was just begging me to eat it.” I told her with my trade mark smirk to which she just rolled her eyes.

“Now you talk with food huh?” She replied with a snort. “Your turn veggie-whisperer.”
