Recap:

Mr. Campbell, who was still wearing that ridicules suit, was interrupted by two students scurrying in almost 20 minutes after the class had “started”. Seeing as I already had my notebook I only spared a glance in their direction.

“Glad to see you deigned yourselves in turning up for class boys” Mr. Campbell said with a bemused tone. I was currently debating whether to wake Lucienne up and face her wrath again.

“Sorry, we weren’t aware you wouldn’t get lost this time” One of them retorted. I glanced up at his tone and watched when without a second glance they started heading towards the only available seats that were beside us, talk about luck.

LUCIENNE’S POV

“… Mr. Campbell you are in the year 2013 and this is the 306 British History class, the one you’re supposed to be teaching?”

“Are you sure Mildred my dear, I could swear this was my 2011 British History class” the teacher said with puzzlement. The nerdy-looking brunet that had been trying to explain to him where he was gave up and flounced back in to her seat.

“So he remembers her name is Mildred but he can’t remember what year he’s in, and who the hell names their kid Mildred anyway?” I told Zoey with a confused expression I mean come on that’s just pure evil. Zoey only gave me a nervous eye-roll and didn’t deign my question with an answer as she rummaged in her bag for a notebook, sighing I made myself comfortable and prepared myself to take a nap on my desk seeing as this class didn’t seem it would get anywhere soon.

I must have fallen asleep for a bit because I was startled awake by a sharp jab in to my stomach which made me jump in surprise, identifying the source I glared at the culprit while turning in her direction.

“What the hell was that for?” I hissed at her.

“Class already started you dummy” In fact Mr. Campbell had started his lecture and was writing down the key ideas on the blackboard.

“Well you didn’t have to do that you little idiot… ”

“Ok class listen up, I already wrote the pages you have to study for today, I want a paper on them for the next class, sadly I have to leave to …” And in mid-sentence he disappeared in a flurry of  colors, back in to the flush of time.

As expected the class turned in to a mass of laughing and screaming teenagers, needless to say no one was working on their papers. Since I knew Zoey was a helpless nerd that would want to start our work right away I started rummaging in my bag for the things I would need when I felt a tap on my shoulder. Looking up I saw one of the girls that I had seen when we entered class, she was flanked by two other girls, they had that haughty look about them, the one that says I have no brains but I compensate for that by being a bitchy slut.

“May I help you?” I asked while raising my eyebrow.

“I’ll just cut to the chase, I say you in the top hall this morning so I know you were placed in the SS ranking that means you two must have a powerful ability, so what is it?”  The head of the trio said while completely ignoring me and sending her demand at Zoey quickly realizing who was the weaker link.

I felt Zoey’s restlessness beside me but she stayed silent not really paying attention to her and continuing with her work. On the other hand I felt like I had swallowed a volcano, how dare she ignore me like that? I mean she had tapped MY shoulder, bitch. Not wanting to give her the satisfaction of knowing she had gotten to me I tried to reign in my anger, but failed miserably when the stupid little blond started talking again.
