Maze

The elevator came to a rough start, it jerked the two twins.

"Can this elevator go any faster? By the time we get down there the blood moon will be risen." He started to pace, the elevator bouncing.

"Wait? Blood moon? What does that have to do with this?" Mabel spoke up, her arms on her hips. Dipper pulled out the journal.

"Blood moon's are lunar eclipses, Mabel. These can happen naturally or because of a disconnected pattern with the universe." He flipped through the book, scrambling to find the page. A red moon shone on a page, red ink made it come to life.
"See?"

"Yes I do, but we have 2 days, not 1!" Mabel screamed, the mirror started to rattle.

"Yeah, this is day 2 warning, tomorrow is our last day to get prepared. Bill and all of will get prepared." Dipper fell backwards onto his sister. The elevator opened, the gushing water loud as ever.
"We're here..." Dipper got out of the elevator, the bottom of the falls had a platform revolving around it, and a stationary platform behind the water fall.

"Look!" Mabel pointed to the platform behind the water, a yellow sign reading:

"That must of been the old entrance to the caves!" Dipper ran on the concrete, the elevator rising. The red clouds had disappeared only for the nights darkness, it would of been better to keep the sky clear at night. Dipper and Mabel climbed a pair of stairs and stared at the yellow warning sign.

"Should we?" Mabel asked nervously, her knees shaking on how close the falls were. Mist drenched the two as they pasted the sign. The metal platform was wet and slippery. A cave entrance was starting to appear before they're eyes. Ancient writing crossed above the bottom and top of the entrance. With a loud thud, the cave entrance slid away, leaving a unstable looking cave.

"Well here goes nothing..." Mabel whispered, entering the cave. It was damp and sticky, torches did light up the cave, but briefly. The entrance closed on them.

"That's not good!" Dipper turned around and banged on the entrance.

"Oh sorry... Heh, you messed up didn't you?" A unfamiliar voice echoed behind them.
Dipper and Mabel froze, not wanting to turn back.
"You're here for the pendant correct? Good luck with that, I almost killed me self with it!" The voice chuckled, she sounded a bit english, like she was from England.
Dipper turned around and looked at a glowing orb.

"W-Who are you?" Dipper kneeled next to the orb, it lighted up the area with it blue light.

"That's not important! You need to find me now! You've got yourself in danger if you don't find this quickly, Trinity's already busted up this place before." The static voice started to panic, dipper touched the orb.

"You're not here? So you're farther down there?" He gulped, seeing the darkness. Mabel kept her mouth shut.

"Of course I am, I'm surprised I made contact with you... Well anyways we've got a problem. This is a maze basically. You run into a wrong pathway, dead end. Also besides you've got Razor here. Razor is Trinity's guard dog I say so! But let's put that to a Minotaur that's chasing you through the maze! Good luck!" With that she disappeared.

"Oh god... Razor is in here with us?! She's right, it's like a Minotaur!!" Dipper started to freak out.

"Come on! Let's get this over with!" Mabel pulled Dipper's arm and carried him into the darkness...
