Chapter 5

Hayoung's pov

Awww she looks sooo cute! I thought to myself. Sophia was sleeping on my lap with her thumb in her mouth, and hugging her teddy with her other hand.

"I think we need to go shopping for her stuff. We need to buy her furniture, clothings, toys, books, car seat, those kid soap and shampoo, her little toothpaste and toothbrush, and etc!" I whispered-shouted to Ki Hong.

"Of course babe! Just wait till tomorrow. Let her rest!" He chuckled. I guess... I thought.

We were 10 minutes away from our house and soon, Sophia will be home.

Sophia's pov

I wake up and take in my surrounding. Where am I? I thought. I turned my head saw Ki Hong turning the wheel (A\N she was sleeping in a sitting position her head facing the window).

"Hi sweets! Did you have a good nap?" Hayoung asked me.

I just simply nod. I didn't know whether to call them mom and dad or not...so guess who won't be saying names? That's right, me!

"Someone's quiet." Ki Hong said. Well, I just woke up so what'd he expect? Me to shout randomly? Well, that's not happening anytime soon!

9.5 minutes later

We pulled up in front of a VERY big house. I don't think it's a house though. I think it's a castle. And maybe, they're actually king and queen! Oooh! Does that make me princess? I hope so! :)

"Welcome home cupcake!" Hayoung said, "This is our house!"

The house was so big that I had to look up and up to see the top. Which resulted me falling on my bum. "Oww." I quietly groaned.

"You alright Soph?" Ki Hong said while picking me up and putting me on his hip. I just simply nod. Again.

We walked in and Ki Hong set me down. I saw them take off their shoes, so I copied them and took off my black and tattered shoes. I put it next to Hayoung's shoes. They're bigger than mine.

"Alright so, it's 6:30... Guess we'll give you a tour of the house then we'll have supper. How does that sound?" Ki Hong said crouching down to my height. I nod and hugged teddy.  Teddy? This is our house now. We live here now. Isn't that great? I said to teddy through my mind. Yeah, I have THE bond with my teddy. We can speak tela-tela-tela something.

Hayoung picked me up and putting me on her hip. She walked into the kitchen starting the tour.

"Okay Sophia! This here, is our kitchen. Over there is the living room, and right over there is the washroom." Hayoung said pointing to the rooms.

We walked upstairs and I saw some doors. "Here is me and Ki's bedroom," Hayoung said pointing to the first door on the right.

"This will be your bedroom. But it's not done yet, so you'll have to sleep with me and Ki tonight." She then said pointing to the door in front of her bedroom. And, to answer her I nod. Again.

Then we walked and she pointed to where the bathroom was. There were more doors, but she didn't say what room they were. I'd ask, but....I'm way to shy to do that.

Ki Hiong's pov

While Hayoung takes my daughter on the tour I kicked back and relaxed. I start to wonder what Sophia's like... So many questions were going through my head. But, no answer. I looked over to the stack of paper that the lady in the orphanage gave us. I also remembered the story that the lady told us. About Sophia. And her past. Poor kid.... Well, it's my duty as a daddy to make sure she has the best childhood ever! EVER AND EVER!
