One minute Redemption had been fighting three Dragon's, in the next instant there was just one. The dragon that was left stood there confused. Where had his fighting companion's gone to? All he saw before they disappeared was a glorious bath of white light.

Redemption looked to where his rider stood she was watching him intently. He could feel her concern for his safety through there bond. Her concern had caused her to lose focus on her own surrounding's. He watched appalled as the boy grab her from behind placing a cloth over her nose and mouth. She fought his hold Ree encouraging her to get away. Her body crumpled and went slack he was beyond devastated as he felt her consciousness slip away.

He released a loud pain filled roar, he had to get to his rider. Breathing an immense inferno of fire he dispatched the last dragon.

He watched the boy pick her and her sword's up. He then proceed to mount the same Dragon he was sitting on when they first reached the clearing.

"No one is taking my rider away from me." He thought.

While spreading his wings, to follow after them.

The pain he felt at seeing his rider captured, ignited a rage within him unlike any he had ever felt.  Redemption, realized to late this was just the reaction, they had hoped for.

Three dragon's had blocked him in, while he was distracted. To try and buy the boy enough time to get away with Akria.

This only enraged him further, lashing out with his talon's, he sliced the green dragon's belly wide open. It's stomach content's hadn't hit the ground before Redemption, had already wrapped his massive razor sharp teeth, around the Red dragon's neck. With an audible crunch the dragon screamed out in pain.

As Ree shook him like a mere child's toy, promising vengeance the whole time. Ree could feel the blood pooling in his huge mouth. And he could feel his massive teeth sinking in further with each shake.

The Orange dragon, thought he had, the advantage over the White dragon. He thought the White dragon was distracted, savoring his kill. He knew how fun is was to play with your prey. He took a swipe at his opponent's belly, trying to kill him with his massive talons.

Ree was reading his mind and felt revulsion at the way this dragon enjoyed killing living thing's.

He moved so quick he was behind the Orange dragon, before his talon's made it back to the dirt. Taking a few step's backward's.  Ree slung the dead dragon, at the sadistic one. Bowling it over like a feather, rendering it dead or unconscious. Which ever he didn't care.

He took off flapping his massive wing's as fast and hard as possible, to follow after his rider. He knew they had crossed time lines already, he felt it when her presence left him feeling empty. It wouldn't take him long to find her, once he crossed to the future that consoled him to some degree.

The extreme take off, disrupted the fighting on the ground for a while. His wing's had stirred up the dirt, grass, leaves; a few people lost there balance, from the momentary wind storm, left in his wake. The thumping sound's, his wing's made up close, were deafening. The whole clearing was in awe of the magnificent dragon. The one's from the future had never witnessed or felt that kind of power, come from a dragon. He was glowing a bright white and emitting a powerful feeling of vengeance and grief felt by everyone around him..

He flew to the place where the boy and Akria  traveled from, Redemption concentrated on following to the future after her. He was unable to follow it felt as if a wall was placed in his way. He tried again and again to reach the future. He was too late suddenly he felt so empty. He knew this feeling she was gone. This time it felt different he could feel it in his heart it hurt.
