Part19 Suprise!

The day had been long and hot, training had been extra long. But to become the best fighter's, you had to put in the time and dedication it required. Being appointed, as the new trainer over of the Academy, had not come without it's on trial's. That meant Dominique, had to make sure each person chosen, to teach different skills to the cadets was doing there job's correctly. Not to mention he still had his own classes to teach.

Overall things were running smoothly, he felt a sense of pride in his work. Liam, was the only one capable of managing the job besides himself if he needed to focus on a mission. He would never say that to his face of course. His pride wouldn't allow him to say the words, but they depended on each other.

With his responsibilities he was not able to spend as much time with his fiancé. She didn't complain, for she was training cadets just as hard as he was, she was an extraordinary fighter.

He must have been blind, not to have seen all of her amazing qualities, from the beginning. It amazed him to no end, how he had misjudged her. How had he managed to over look someone like her.

He had taken her, as quiet and with her hardly ever speaking, he actually thought her a mute at one time. This made him laugh for she definitely was no mute, she knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to to say so. They had all changed so much, more especially the ones who had stayed in the past for a while. They taught us things there that has helped us understand how things should be ran here.

The most important lesson he learned overall was he wrong about Anita, she was actually a person who observed everyone and everything around her. She realized you, could learn more thing's about people if they saw you, as not a threat and practically invisible. She accomplished this, by acting as if she were in deep thought, about thing's. Not paying any attention to anything or so it seemed to on looker's. While being right under her target's nose the whole time. She never offered her own opinion, or said a word to the people, she targeted. She never gave herself away, often looking out the window, as if the weight of the land's were on her shoulder's. She was good at surveillance and training the new recruit's, in the art of this skill.

Dominique of all people, knew just how good she was. Dominique, was often amazed, at the accurate Intel she brought back. Intel, that proved very useful to the academy. About the individual's she was sent to spy upon. And she taught knife throwing also among her many talent's.

She even did this very thing to Dominique, she knew he was in the resistance for 3 yrs before saying something to him. And she also knew, he was the infamous Stryker for almost as long. She only brought this information to light, when she thought he had put Akria's life at risk. Which in a way he had. To say he was not pleased when she said something about it, was an understatement. She was in love with him and would never have turned him in. It took meeting Akria, to finally start to show him what kind of person she really was. And what she was actually capable of, her skills blew his mind.

But as you can see, thing's alway's have a way of working, out in the end. He was busy fighting a senior cadet, when a young boy ran up to him, almost getting knocked unconscious for his troubles. Dominique, helped the boy up. What seems to be the trouble Daniel? He asked knowing the boy would never interrupt training, unless it was for a very good reason.

Sir an unknown yellow dragon, was spotted near the academy with two unknown rider's sir. There heading right for us on the roof top.

Unknown rider's you say! He asked with a gleam in his eye's. Finally he thought some real action. Liam how about we give them a welcome, they will soon not forget? He looked over to the senior cadet he was just fighting. Sounds good to me, we haven't had any real action in a long time. He replied with his grey eye's sparkling and his dark hair blowing in the breeze.
