Chapter 2 - No goal Keeper?!

Day of the Match: Phantom 11 vs. Raimon

Third Person's P.O.V.

Raimon arrived at the stadium where they're going to battle Phantom 8 which was located near Phantom Jr. High. "We're here, minna!" shouted their coach, Endou Mamoru. They all went outside the caravan and went inside the Phantom Stadium.

"T-This stadium is q-quite larger than the o-others" stuttered Kariya, "And s-scary" added Shinsuke. "Raimon...... So nice you could come to our match" echoed a scary, deep voice, then, mists suddenly started to appear on the other side of the stadium. "W-Who's there?!" shouted Tenma. The voice just chuckled then spoke again, "My, my, you must be Raimon's captain, Matsukaze Tenma I presume?"

"H-Hai! And who are you?!" Tenma answered back. Then out of now where, a lightning strike the ground in the opposite of the stadium where the mist where forming. After the lightning struck, the mist cleared then a group of soccer players appeared. "Yow" said the one with the deep, scary voice and it looks like he's the captain. "Let's play Raimon" he continued and smirked.

Everyone in Raimon gulped at his attitude even the managers and their coach did. "W-Who are you?!" Tenma asked again. The boy smirked again then said "Name's Baku Aomine, captain of Phantom 8" After that a woman appeared beside Phantom 8. "Who's she?" Shindou asked. "Raimon, meet our coach, Gouenji Seya" Raimon stood shocked with wide eyes. "A G-Gouenji?" Endou said. "Hai, hope to have a 'fun' battle Raimon" Seya smirked then walked to their bench with Phantom 8.

Tsurugi's P.O.V.

This team looks very strong, I better look after Tenma and make sure his safe. But it's quite weird, their team only compose of 8 players and why is that? The battle was going to begin soon and were on our bench to do a little warm-up, I walked to Tenma and said "Tenma, this team, Phantom 8 is strong" He just looked at me then at the opposite bench "Yeah, I know" he answered. "We must be careful, especially you Tenma. You can be a little reckless sometimes" I said to him. He nodded at me and smiled "Don't worry, Tsurugi. I'll be fine" he answered. I just sighed and nodded.

After few minutes, we went to our positions and we saw Phantom 8 has no goal keeper and they only have 2 defenders. "Are they insane? They have no goal keeper" I heard Kirino said. "Oh were not insane, Ranmaru. It's just because we don't need a goal keeper, we can win without one" Baku said. Tsk, he sure is confident about it. "Minna! Let's do our best!" Tenma shouted at us. "HAI!" I heard the team answered, I just nodded at him. He sure can bring our spirits up. That's what I liked about you Tenma. Just wait, after this match I'm sure to confess to you!
