Chapter 67 - He Has A What?

A/N: I'm going to skip to the last minute of the second half. Sorry!

Third Person's P.O.V.
"Only a minute left before the match ends! The score is tied! 3-3 with both teams giving their all!" the announcer said as the crowd cheers.

"Minna! Let's score one more goal!" Tenma said. "Hai!" they all said.

Baku looked at them with disgust then turned to his side where Louis is standing. He was panting hard. Baku smirked at this. "Don't tell me you're tired already?" Baku mocked as Louis looked at him. "No. I can still go on" Louis said. 'That's right. One more minute and you go bye bye' Baku thought then smirked.

"What is he smirking at?" Tenma muttered. "Tenma, focus" Tsurugi reminded him which he nodded at.

Tsurugi passed the ball to Tenma and Raimon goes on the offensive. "Block him!" Baku said. Haru blocked him but he got passed him. "What the?!" Haru said as he chased Tenma.

"Pass it!" Tsurugi said then Tenma passed it to him. "Leave this to me" Tsurugi said then did his hissatsu. "Lost Angel!" he shouted then shot the ball.

Then, unexpected! Baku ran up the goal with Louis and tried to stop the shot. "We will not lose!!" Baku said but failed to stop the goal with Louis. The both of them landed on the ground while Unicorn's goalkeeper hadn't stopped the ball then the whistle blows!

"That ends the second half!!! Team Inazuma Japan are this year's FFI's grand champion!" the announcer said as cofetti rained down the stadium.

The members that have been abducted of Phantom 8 has returned to normal as the meteorite shattered.

Tenma looked at them as their eyes were back to normal. He looked for Louis and he saw him trying to stand up. "Louis!!" he yelled in happiness as he saw Louis's eyes are back to it's original color.

Louis's P.O.V.
What.... Happened? I looked around and saw the score board. Inazuma Japan...... Won? The score is 4-3 in their lead...... So that means..... We lost...... And I didn't play with Tenma..... I tried standing up but I felt a sharp pain in my chest.

"Louis!!!" I heard a very familiar voice. I looked up to see my Tenma-chan running to me with a smile. He looks so happy. This is what I want. To see him happy.....

But I know that that smile will disappear once he learns the truth....

Tenma ran to me and hugged me. "Tenma-chan.... You're safe" I said with joy even though this will be the last time I'll see him. I hugged him tightly. I want to embrace him until my last breath. "You're back! You're really back to normal!" he said to me and I nodded. I can still feel the sharp, stinging pain in my chest.

I felt tears run down my cheeks. Tenma..... I'm sorry..... I'm really sorry, Tenma-chan....

"Why are you crying?" I heard him asked. I saw him looking at me. I gave him a forced smile. "I'm sorry" I whispered as I stood up but he helped me. "It's not your fault" Tsurugi said as he walked to me with his teammates.

"It's not that---" I was cut of by the sharp pain in my chest. I held my chest tightly. My vision was getting blurry and my breathing is difficult. I fell to my knees, panting.

"Captain!" I heard my team call me. "Call an ambulance! He's pulpitating!" Jess said and I saw Raimon's eyes widen. I saw their coach call an ambulance. "W-What did she mean pulpitating?!" Tenma bursted. I gave him a weak smile as my tears were still flowing. "I'm sorry, Tenma-chan...... And I love you......" and that's the end. Everything went black. And the last thing I heard was Tenma-chan crying and calling my name.

I'm sorry......

Third Person's P.O.V.
Louis collapsed but Tenma caught him. "Louis! Louis what's wrong?!" the brunette said as his tears flowed. "Endou-kantoku! Where's the ambulance?!" Shindou shouted. "It's on it's way!" He answered.

The other members of Unicorn ran to their captain's side. "Louis! Oi! Don't joke like this!" Natsuko said as he gently shook his captain's body. "Tenma, we're sorry....." Jess said looking down. "What's happening to him?!" Tenma shouted as tears still flowed from his eyes.

"So he didn't tell you?" they all heard Baku said and they looked at him. "What do you mean?!" Tsurugi shouted. "Louis here has a rare heart disease. *smirks* And this is his LAST day" Baku said with a smirk. "Lie! That's not true!" Tenma said, hugging Louis' unconscious body. "Lie? *smirks* Go and ask his teammates, Matsukaze. And farewell" and with that, Phantom 8 disappeared with Seya.

Tenma looked at Louis teammates but they were all looking down. The ambulance arrived and took Louis to the nearest hospital. Ichinose, Mark, and Dylan are safe.

-Hospital-

Team Unicorn and Inazuma Japan waited outside the E.R.

Every second they waited felt like an eternity.

Tenma gritted his teeth and stood up from his seat which caught all of their attentions. He looked at Louis teammates. "What are you hiding from me?" Tenma said which made the members of Unicorn look at each other then at him.

They all sighed then looked at him with pity. "Tenma..... What Baku said earlier..... It was true...." Jess said which made Inazuma Japan shocked, mostly Tenma. "Louis hid it from you because he knows you'll get worried and it might affect your game play...." Natsuko added.

Tenma's tears once again flowed. "If you want to know what really haplened..... Go ask his cousin..... Coach Dylan....." Kira said. "All we know is that he was diagnosed with a rare heart disease.... Which there is no cure.... Coach Ichinose, Dylan, and Mark told him to stop playing but he insisted....." Jess explained.

"The match between Inazuma Japan and team Unicorn is his last match. Louis was so excited and happy but upset at the same time...... But he said, even though he dies, he knows that you'll be happy with Tsurugi...." Kira added.

Jess stepped forward. She bowed in front of Tenma. "We're sorry for not telling you. And here...." she gave Tenma an envelope. "It's from Louis...." she added.

Before Tenma could say anything, the doctor went out of the E.R. with a sad expression.

They know something bad just happened.....
