Chapter 20 - The deal (Part 5)

Shindou's P.O.V.

I'm actually in the hospital now with the others and weird thing is, Tenma isn't here yet. I already called Aki-san and she told me that he was already on his way here. *sigh* Where are you?, Tenma? After a few more minutes of waiting, Aoi and Shinsuke came bursting through the door. It looks like they were running to get here but why? "Aoi, Shinsuke, you look like you've been running to get here. Did anything happened?" Coach Endou asked. We all looked at the both of them. They both took a deep breath then, "TenmawastakenbyPhantom8'scaptain!" they both said in unison and literally, I did not understand a thing they said. "Aoi, Shinsuke, calm down and breath" Coach said to the both of them. They catch their breaths and took one deep breath. "Good. Now, what happened?" Coach asked. They looked at each other then, nodded.

"Coach, it's about captain" We were all surprised at what Shinsuke said. "What does you mean it's a bout Tenma?" I asked. "He......... He was taken........." Aoi said looking at the ground. We all looked at each other and at them. "WHAT?!?!" we all said in unison. "By who?!" Kirino asked. We all waited for an answer then they both spoke up. "The captain of Phantom 8" My eyes widened at this. That b******! He took Tenma?! He's going to pay for this!!!

Third Person's P.O.V.

Shindou clenched his fists in anger. Kirino saw this and placed a hand his right shoulder. Shindou looked at him and saw Kirino shook his head. He only nodded and released his fists. "We need to report this to the police!" Midori said while grabbing her phone. "No, wait! You don't even know what really happened!" Aoi said stopping her. "What do you mean, Aoi?" Midori asked as she put her phone away. She can sense that something big is going on. Aoi sighed while Shinsuke shrugged. "There's more?" Kariya asked. They both nodded. "Then, spill it" Endou said as he readied himself to listen as well as the others. They both sighed and nodded. "When me and Shinsuke were about to turn to a corner to our way here, we heard Tenma talking to someone. We both stopped, hid, and listened" Aoi said. "And then we heard that the person whom captain was talking to was Phantom 8's captain, Baku Aoimine and some sort of a deal or offer being offered to captain" Shinsuke continued. "Tenma didn't accept it, right? I mean, he just must've been forced by that freak" Nishiki said.

"Nishiki has a point there" Endou said. "But coach, Tenma wasn't forced to accept it" Aoi said sadly. "What do you mean?" Endou asked. "Are you saying that Tenma accepted whatever that 'deal' was on his own free will? I'm not buying it" Shindou said to them. They all nodded. "We're not sure and we can see that captain was confused as well" Shinsuke said. "Well, what was the deal anyway?" KAriya asked. "The deal was: Phantom 8's coach, Gouenji Seya will be waking Tsurugi from his coma IF Tenma............... Joins them" Aoi said trying to hold back her tears but she didn't know that everyone can see that she's trying to hold it back. "Aoi........." Akane said with worry. "Captain didn't have any choice but to accept it. He said it was for Tsurugi's sake then after that, we tried to make him change his mind but we couldn't. He still accepted the deal and went with Baku then disappeared" Shinsuke said with guilt in his voice. Aoi's tears were already flowing. They all heard her sobbing and looked at her. They felt sorry and mad at Phantom 8. "First it was Tsurugi! Then Tenma! What's next?! The whole team?!" Shindou shouted with anger. They all looked at him. They never saw Shindou this mad before.

"T-There's more" Aoi said between her tears. "What is it?" Kirino asked her. "W-We're going t-to have a match w-with them" Aoi said. "In three days" Shinsuke added. Endou nodded. "Alrgiht, we're going to fight the and take Tenma back!" He said. They all nodded in agreement. "Let's take Tenma back, you guys!" Endou said with his wide smile. "Well, who's going to break the news that Tenma's been kidnapped to Aki-san?" Kariya suddenly asked. Everyone frozed in place. "I think I'll do it" he said.

Baku's P.O.V.

My mission on getting the Raimon team's captain was successful and now we are both inside Seya-sama's office. "Baku, did you inform them about the battle?" she asked me. I only nodded in response. "Good. Please leave me and Matsukaze and go practice with the others" she ordered. "Hai" I said, bowed, then left. 'What will they talk about I wonder?' I thought to myself then smirked. I went to the training arena and found my team practicing and I joined them. The battle between Raimon IS in three days.

Third Person's P.O.V.

Tenma was alone with Phantom 8's coach, Gouenji Seya in her office. Seya was sitting in her swivel chair and looking outside the window while Tenma was seating in a chair in front of her desk. "You know, I never thought that you would agree to the deal, Matsukaze" she said to him. Tenma looked at the ground. "well then, starting today you are now officially a member of Phantom 8........... Oh, and remember this, Matsukaze. Once you're in it, there is no turning back" she strictly said to him then looked at him. "H-Hai.........." He answered. "Don't be sad, Matsukaze" she said then smirked. She stood up and took something from her pocket. "You won't remember this pain and guilt any longer, Matsukaze" she said when she was already behind him. "E-Eh? What do you----?" Tenma was cut off with a sudden surge of pain in his head. He didn't notice that Seya had put a necklace on him. A necklace containing an 'Aliea Meteorite'. Tenma held his head and started screaming in pain. "The pain will soon fade and then, you will feel its power" she smirked at this. Tenma screamed and screamed. The pain was unbearable. His vision was becoming blurry. "Once you've slept, you won't remember anything about those Raimon brats, Matsukaze" Seya said to him. Tenma couldn't hold it anymore. He can feel that his head will explode any minute. After a few more scream of pains, Tenma finally blacked out with his last word, "I'm sorry........... Minna...."

Seya was now looking at the unconscious boy in front of her. She snapped her fingers then the Hikuma twins appeared. "Hai?" they both said. "Take the newbie in his room. His training starts tomorrow" Seya ordered. The twins nodded and took Tenma to his new room.

Minna, I'm just going to inform you that the next chapters might be updated a little late this time due to my school schedules. I have saturday classes now but I'll find a way since it will only last until December.
