Chapter 59 - A-Block!

Third Person's P.O.V.

- Timeskip: A week before the FFI –

"Minna! Announcement!!!" the three girls shouted from the bench. Everyone in the pitch turned their attentions to their managers then went to the bench. They saw their coach holding a bunch of files. "What is it, coach?" Shindou asked. Endou looked at the files in his hands then looked at his team. "The FFI will start next week, and they already gave the schedule of the matches. Currently, we're in the A-block and our first opponents are the team from Korea" Endou explained to his team. Everyone nodded in understanding. "Who's their captain?" Shinsuke asked. "hmm, let me see..." Endou said as he looked at the files. "Their captain is..... Kim Joon Sung" Endou said.

"Hey.... Has anyone seen Tenma?" Kirino suddenly said. Everyone looked around to see no hyper brunette in sight. "Don't worry, he's still in one of his classes. He'll be back after an hour, I guess" Aoi said with a smile and they all nodded.

"Alright! Minna! Start practicing! Korea's team is strong so you need to do your best!" Endou shouted which made everyone nod and ran to the pitch.

Without anyone knowing, a figure stood again at the bridge, watching them at the distance with a plastered smirk on its face. "So Raimon's first opponent is from Korea, huh? *smirks* Sounds interesting..... I better send Hikari to finish some errands for the game... *smirks* See you in the pitch, Raimon...." the figure whispered to itself then walked away, leaving no trace behind.

"Huh?" Tsurugi suddenly stopped and turned his gazed to the bridge looking at it feeling suspiscious. "What's wrong, Tsurugi?" Shinsuke said as e noticed Tsurugi looking at somewhere. Tsurugi looked at the bridge one more time then looked at Shinsuke. "Nothing's wrong.... I just felt like I saw something" Tsurugi said then returned to his normal position leaving Shinsuke dumb-founded. "What?" Shinsuke muttered with a what-the-heck face but then shrugged it aside.

After an hour of practice, everyone went to the pitch to take their break. "Minna, don't over-pratice yourselves!" the girls said. "Hai!" everyone said simultaneously.

"Minna!!!!!" a loud voice was suddenly heard. Everyone looked at the source of the yelling then saw a familiar brunette running to them. When the brunette reached them, he stopped to catch his breath. "S-Sorry *pants* I-I'm *pants* Late, minna" the brunette said as he was catching his breath.

"You're late, Tenma" Endou said saking his head. "But it's fine. If your grades go down, surely Aki will kill me for me it" Endou added. They all sweat dropped at this while Tenma was imagining his okaa-san trying to kill Endou. Tenma's eyes widened at what he imagined then shook it off. "Creepy thought...." Tenma muttered as he shivered at that thought.

"Anyway, there's going to be another practice later. Are you going to practice, Tenma?" Akane asked. Tenma nodded with his cheery smile. "Tenma, our first match will be against Korea's team" Tsurugi said. "Korea? Mm.... They'll be surely a strong team!" Tenma stated happily and they all nodded. "And we're also at the A-block, captain" Kirino said. Tenma nodded at this. 'Take note, I'll be asking Louis what block he is' Tenma thought then smiled.
