Chapter 61 - Date!

Third Person's P.O.V.

- Time Skip: 3:45 pm -

"Tenma-kun! Tsurugi's here!" Aki said as she knocked on the brunette's door. "Kindly tell him that I'll be right down stairs, okaa-san" Tenma answered. Aki nodded and went downstairs. "He'll be here in a sec, Tsurugi. Come in the living room and sit down. I'll get you something to drink and eat" Aki said motioning for the blue-haired boy. "It's fine, Aki-san" Tsurugi said with a smile. "You're not hungry?" she asked and Tsurugi just shook his head. "If you say so. But do sit down. Tenma might still be readying himself for a few minutes" Aki said and walked to the living room. Tsurugi nodded and followed. Once in the living room, Aki let Tsurugi sit and she went to the kitchen. Tsurugi just sat there looking around. After a few minutes, Tenma came down wearing his casual clothes.

A/N: Sorry, I'm not good in describing clothes. Tsurugi is wearingwhat he's always wearing when there's no school. Yes, the purple thingy clothes. For tenma, I don't know. Let us use our imaginations, minna! XD

Tenma went to the living room to see Tsurugi also looking at him. Tenma smiled at him and he smiled back. "Let's go?" Tsurugi asked as he stood up. Tenma nodded. "Okaa-san, I'm going with Kyousuke now!" Tenma said and Aki walked out of the kitchen to see the two teen. She nodded and smiled. "Be careful you two. And Tsurugi, bring Tenma home before 8, alright?" Aki said looking at Tsurugi. "I will, Aki-san" Tsurugi answered. "Alright, be careful you two" Aki said as she went inside the kitchen again. The two teens headed to the door and left the house.

While walking, Tenma couldn't help but smile. He never been this happy before. "Seems like your happy, Tenma" Tsurugi said and took a glance at the brunette beside him. "Of course I'm happy!" Tenma said with his cheery smile.

They spent the hours walking in the park, eating ice cream, playing soccer (Tenma can never resist playing soccer), and talking to each other.

It was already 7:20 and they were at the park, laying on the soft, green grass. Above them was a star-filled sky, each star twinkling over them. For Tenma, this was the most romantic thing he ever seen and felt before. And to add it up, they were holding hands.

Just imagine, you and someone you love, laying on the soft, green grass with the star-filled sky twinkling above you both. And add it up, your hands are holding each other like its dear life, never wanting to let go.

That's what Tenma and Tsurugi's moment right now.

"Kyousuke?" Tenma called the teen beside him. "What is it?" Tsurugi said. "Thanks..." Tenma said with smile, still looking up to the sky. "For what?" Tsurugi asked then looked at Tenma to see the brunette looking at the stars. "For this..." Tenma said still looking at the stars.

Tsurugi got up and sat beside him. "It's no problem, Tenma" Tsurugi said still looking at him. "Seriously, Kyousuke, thank you. Thank you for spending this time with me" Tenma said then sat up then looked at Tsurugi.

Tenma blushed because of how close his face was to Tsurugi's. "Like I said, it's no problem" Tsurugi said then smiled. Tenma smiled back. "Tenma?" Tsurugi called. "Yeah?" Tenma said while Tsurugi's face was getting closer and closer to his face until their faces are just inches a part from each other. Tenma could feel Tsurugi's breath and so does Tsurugi. None of them said a word for while since they're lost at the moment. Then Tsurugi broke the ice......

"I.........I love you, Matsukaze Tenma" Tsurugi said with a slight blush and Tenma also blush but soon smiled. "I love you too, Tsurugi Kyousuke....." Tenma answered with a smile.

Tsurugi's eyes widened then smiled softly. "I know that you're still with Louis.... But can I at least....." Tsurugi said but wasn't able to finish his sentence. "Kyousuke, I love you, and that'll never change.... I just can't leave Louis because..... I also love him..... But now, I realize that..... I love you more than him...." Tenma said.

Their faces are still an inch apart but after what Tenma said, Tsurugi finally closed the gap between their faces and kissed the love of his life. Tenma didn't pushed him away, because he kissed back. The two shared one passionate kiss. For them, time seemed to freeze and the kiss felt like it can last forever.

The two soon pulled away with a smile on their faces. "I love you, Tenma" Tsurugi said with a soft voice. "I love you too, Kyousuke" Tenma answered.

The two spent the remaining minutes watching the stars above in each others arms. They both felt free from everything.

Now, they thought of nothing but being in each others arms. The moment was perfect for them. They wanted for it to last forever..... But it can't..... Not until the FFI and Tenma's problem with Louis is done.....

But now, they're just happy to be with each other.

After a few minutes, they decided to go home already. Tsurugi took Tenma home to Aki then Tsurugi went home too, the smile on both their faces never disappearing....
