Chapter 56 - Practice

Third Person's P.O.V.

Raimon was now currently practicing non-stop every day, well, for most of them. Tenma was only allowed to practice four times a week by Aki for the sake of his health which Tenma agreed. They were all practicing for the upcoming FFI next month.

Louis already left to go back to America after two months when Ichinose left. Tenma always texts him and he texts back. They all also call each other during their free times.

While for Tsurugi, he became more closer to Tenma and so was Shindou and the others. Tenma became more confused of his feelings every second he's with Tsurugi. He doesn't know what to do. His heart was beating like crazy. He was really CONFUSED about his feelings.

"Tenma, catch!" Shindou said as he passed the ball to Tenma. They were all currently practicing in the school's soccer field near the river. "Got it!" said Tenma as he took control of the ball and ran to the goal. Tsurugi went to block him so they did a little match and Tsurugi successfully stole the ball from Tenma then ran to the opposite goal. The defenders can't even stop him. Tsurugi did one of his signature shot then goaled for his part of the team.

Practice lasted for about four straight hours and it was now 5:00. Tenma grabbed his things then went to their coach. ""Coach, I'm going home now" Tenma informed. Endou looked at him. "Alright, Tsurugi will walk you home" Endou said. "Eh? W-Why?" Tenma asked confusingly. "For you to be safe, remember? Aki said that you must always be with someone we know when you go home for practice or anything else" Endou reminded him. "O-Oh yeah. Gomen, coach" Tenma said rubbing the back of his neck. Endou just nodded and called Tsurugi. "Tsurugi! Bring Tenma home now, safely" Endou said. Tsurugi nodded, grabbed his things, then went to Tenma. "Let's go?" Tsurugi asked. Tenma nodded with his usual cheery smile. Tsurugi nodded then walked off with Tenma.

"I hope those two will end up together" Kirino said after Tsurugi and Tenma were already nowhere in sight. "IF they end up together" Kariya said, emphasizing the word 'if'. "Kariya, do you want to experience how to be in a coma? I'll be glad to help you with that" Kirino said glaring at the teal haired boy. Kariya just gulped then rapidly shook his head. "Good" Kirino said.

Tsurugi's P.O.V.

After walking for a while, we finally arrived at Aki-san's apartment. I looked at Tenma then smiled. "We're here" I said. He looked at me then smiled back. Damn! He's smile is so cute! "Yeah....... I'll see you tomorrow, Tsurugi" I heard him say. I nodded then remembered something. "Eh, Tenma? You're not going to practice tomorrow, remember? This is your fourth practice wit in the week" I sadly informed him. I saw Tenma widened his eyes then started counting. "Oh...... Yeah.... Hehe, sorry. I kind of forgot" he said. I nodded. "But still, there's still school tomorrow so see you" Tenma said then smiled. "Sure, see you" I said then smiled. Tenma just nodded then started walking towards their apartment. I turned around to walk home when I suddenly felt two warm arms wrap behind me. I tried to look behind me and saw Tenma.

I felt my face heat up looking at him. He looks up at me then smiled. "Thanks for walking me home, Kyousuke" I was socked at what he called me. He called me by my first name? That's the very first time he ever called me by that. I regained myself then smiled at him. I turned around to face him then hugged him back. "You're welcome, Tenma-chan" I said to him. I saw a little blush for in his cheeks which I just smiled at. "You better get inside now, Aki-san migt be already looking for you" I told him then let him go. He nodded. "Alright" he answered then..................
