Chapter 36 - Forgotten Memories (Part 3)

Third Person's P.O.V.

They all went outside the Raimon Soccer Building just like what Ichinose said. Aki and Ichinose stopped in their tracks. "What's wrong?" Kidou asked. Aki looked around. "What the..... Where's Tenma?" Aki suddenly said. "Maybe he just took a walk for a while" Shinsuke said. Ichinose sighed then looked at them. "Tenma lost his memories and there is no way he can just take a walk. Raimon is new environment for him" Ichinose said straight to the point. They all had their eyes widened. "WHAT?!?!?!" the team yelled except for Shindou and Tsurugi but Aki and Ichinose wasn't surprised. They both know that their reactions will be like that. "What do you mean he lost his memories?" Tsurugi asked. "Like I said, the operation was successful but there's a side effect and that is loss of memories" Aki explained. "Then we have to find him!" Shindou said. "He could be anywhere though" Kirino said. "It's fine, Louis is with him, they might not gone far" Ichinose said. They all looked at him confused. "Who?" Tsurugi asked eyeing him. "Louis Tategami, Tenma's friend from America and Dylan's cousin" Aki answered.

They all nodded at his sentence except for Tsurugi but after a few seconds, they heard footsteps of someone running to them. "Okaa-san!!!" they heard a boy yelled. They knew where the voice came from and who owns it. 'It can't be...... ' Tsurugi thought. Aki turned around then a boy suddenly hugged him. "T-Tenma! Where have you been?!" she said as the boy let her go. The boy named Tenma smiled. "I just got lost with Louis" was his only answer. Tenma looked behind Aki and Ichinose and saw a crowd behind them. "Uhmm, okaa-san...... Do you know them?" he asked as he pointed at them. Aki looked at where Tenma was pointing and frowned. She then looked at Ichinose. Ichinose nodded. "Their friends of ours, Tenma and that's their soccer team" Ichinose explained. Tenma nodded. "Nice to meet you!" Tenma said then bowed. Raimon only has one thing in thought, 'What the hell happened?'

Endou coughed a little and looked at Aki with a you-have-some-explaining-to-do face. Aki and Ichinose nodded. Aki looked at Haruna. "Haruna, can you keep an eye on Tenma while we talk to Endou?" Aki asked. Haruna nodded. Aki looked at Tenma then smiled. "Me and Ichinose will just talk to our friend, alright? You stay with Haruna and their team with Louis for a while, is that fine with you, Tenma?" Aki asked. Tenma nodded in response. After a few seconds, Ichinose, Aki, Endou, and Kidou left to talk to each other. Haruna led Tenma, Louis and the team to the outside training field by the river. Tenma was looking around and so was Louis since the place was new to them. "So, uhmm, Tenma..... What do you want to do?" Haruna asked unsure. Tenma looked at her then thought for a minute. "I don't know, what do you guys want to do?" he asked and looked at Louis. Louis just shook his head. They all looked at each then sighed. Tenma grew confused but set it aside. "How about we play soccer?" Kirino asked while holding a soccer ball. Tenma looked at Kirino then at the ball. "Sorry but I don't know how to and I'm not allowed to" Tenma answered then smiled. "WHAT?!" they all said in unison which made Tenma surprised. "W-What? D-Did I say something wrong?" Tenma said nervously. "No, no, not at all, Tenma. Their just shock that you don't play soccer" Haruna said with a nervous laugh. Louis was growing suspicious put set it aside. Tenma nodded. "I'll just watch you guys play then" Tenma said with his cheery smile. "And, Louis! Maybe you can go play with them!" Tenma added looking at his friend. "I don't know about that Tenma but if you want then I can't argue with that" Louis answered then smiled at Tenma. Tenma nodded. Tsurugi and Shindou kept their eye on Louis.

Raimon went to the bench to do some warm-up while Tenma and Louis sat in one of the benches looking at them then at the field. "I can't believe Tenma doesn't remember us" Shindou whispered to Tsurugi. "Yeah, me too" Tsurugi said in a sad tone. "Don't worry, Tsurugi. He'll remember us soon and maybe then you can confess to him" Shindou said then smirked a little. "Yeah, mayb--- Wait a minute! How'd you know?!" Tsurugi shouted which made everyone looked at them including Tenma and Louis. "Sorry" Tsurugi said then looked Shindou glaring at him. The rest of the team continued with their warm-up and Tenma was looking around again. "Yuuichi told us" was Shindou's only answer. Tsurugi sighed then nodded. "Who else know about this?" he asked. "Uhmm, all of us? Except Tenma" Shindou answered. Tsurugi's eyes widened. "Seriously?" he said trying to keep his voice down. Shindou nodded. Tsurugi sighed again. "Fine" was his only reply.
