Chapter 23 - Awake (Part 3)

Third Person's P.O.V.

Everyone gasped while some fainted. Yuuichi didn't hold back his tears, he let them flow down into his cheeks. "Onii....................-chan.................?" Tsurugi said as he slowly opened his eyes and looked at his older brother. Yuuichi was so happy that his little brother is finally awake. "Kyousuke...." Yuuichi said between his tears. Tsurugi slowly looked around to see where he his and if it was all real. "W-Where............. Am I.........?" he asked slowly. He was still too weak to complete a full sentence. He just woke up from a coma but good thing is his memories we're still intact. Yuuichi wiped his tears away. He took a deep breath in then out. He looked at his younger brother and smiled. "You're in the hospital, Kyousuke" Yuuichi answered with a gentle and kind smile. Tsurugi slowly took another look around, it seems like he was looking for something, or more practically, 'someone'. "Where's............. Tenma.........?" he asked as he returned his gaze to his brother. Yuuichi was surprised but the other Raimon members who didn't fainted didn't look at him. They we're so full of regret and guilt for not saving Tenma from being kidnapped, especially Aoi and Shinsuke.

"Kyousuke......" Yuuichi tried to say something but he has lost his words. He didn't know how to tell this to Tsurugi that Tenma's been taken. Yuuichi didn't want Tsurugi to stress himself because he just woken up. Tsurugi just looked at him straight in the eyes and he can see the sadness and guilt in his older brother's eyes. Yuuichi also looked into Tsurugi's eyes and he was confused to what he saw. He saw anger in Tsurugi's eyes. 'Nothing but pure anger and hatred, but why? And to whom? Does he know what happened?' Yuuichi thought to himself. He took a deep breath then spoke in a soft voice, "He was taken, Kyousuke......... By Phantom 8's captain" Tsurugi didn't move an inch. Shindou looked at his friend and saw that he wasn't surprised by the news but he's eyes we're filled with anger and pure hatred. Tsurugi looks like he wants to cut somebody's head off but his face stayed the same. He wasn't showing any emotion but his eyes tells everything. "I know......" Tsurugi finally answered. Their eyes widened at what he said. "H-How did you know?" Kirino asked shockingly. "It's impossible for you to know" Shindou added with wide eyes. "How did you know, Kyousuke?" Yuuichi repeated Kirino's question. Tsurugi sighed and looked at his hands. "............ She was there............" was all what Tsurugi said. They were all confused. The others who fainted already woke up and joined the conversation. "Who do you mean 'she'?" Kariya asked. "Yeah? And how did you know it happened?" Hikaru asked and a lot more question like,

"Does this have to do with Phantom 8?"

"What happened while you were in a coma?"

"Do you also know that we have a match with Phantom 8 in three days?",

and many more questions.

Yuuichi looked at all of them straight in the eyes. "Minna, my brother just woken up. Please don't make him stressed himself by answering all your questions all at the same time. Your questions can wait later" he said to them. They all nodded and said, "Gomen, Yuuichi-san, Tsurugi" Yuuichi only nodded in response. He turned to look at his younger brother who was looking at the window. "I think we should inform his doctor that his finally awake" Nishiki suggested. "Yeah, while that's happening, I'll inform Aki-san and Endou-san" Midori added. Yuuichi just nodded and asked Nishiki to go get Tsurugi's doctor, after saying this, Nishiki went out to tell Tsurugi's doctor about the news. "After your doctor checks on you, I think you should take a rest and not stressed yourself, Kyousuke, okay?" Yuuichi said out of the blue. Tsurugi looked at him and nodded. 'Tenma...... Where ever you are, I will save you. No matter what happens' Tsurugi thought to himself.

Baku's P.O.V.

"Why can't we just crush those Raimon now?!" Haru said annoyed. "Patience, Haru. You can do whatever you want with them soon but now, let's train the newbie" I said with a smirk. "*sigh* Fine" he said defeated. "Are you ready?" I said as someone stepped into our training field wearing one of our team uniforms. "I'm always ready" 'he' answered in a dark, deep voice with a smirk. I smirked inside me. Battling Raimon will be great especially when we have their weakness. "Good" I answered with a smirk. All we have to do is train him even though he's already stronger than ever. He's already at our level. That aliea meteorite did the trick on us *smirks* no one can stop us now.
