Chapter 35 - Forgotten Memories (Part 2)

Third Person's P.O.V.

After two months, Raimon Jr. High is as always full of students since it was still Thursday. The Raimon soccer team was in the field training but switched training areas in the Raimon Soccer Building. They practiced and practiced until the bell rang. "Minna! Meet me here again after you're classes! We still have another practice!" Endou shouted to his team. "Hai!" was all their answers and went to their own classes. When the team was gone, Endou's phone ringed. Kidou and Haruna heard the ring and looked at Endou. He answered his phone to the call.

Endou: Hello, Endou speaking

???: Hey, Endou

Endou: Oh hey! What's up?

???: We're going back there in Japan now

Endou: Then that's great! How's the operation?

???: You can say it's both successful and not successful

Endou: Eh? What do you mean?

???: I'll explain when we get their but for now, don't tell them we're coming. Just Kidou and Haruna

Endou: Alright then. Bye

???: Bye (hangs up)

Endou: (hangs up)

"Who was that? Aki?" Haruna asked. Endou nodded. "Why?" she asked again. Endou smiled. "They're coming back" Endou replied, his smile widened than ever (if it was even possible). "But don't tell the team yet" Endou added. They both nodded in agreement.

After a few hours, the team came back after their classes and as usual, they we're practicing like there's no tomorrow. Everyone was giving there all and it's just practice! After a few minutes, Endou noticed something or more probably 'someone' in the corner of his eyes. He looked at the staircase and saw Aki smiling at the team with Ichinose beside her. Endou grinned at this. "Aki! Ichinose!" he yelled then gave them a thumbs up. The team stopped practicing as soon as they heard their coach shout. They all looked at the staircase and saw Aki and Ichinose. They both went down and gone to the bench where Endou, Kidou, and Haruna was. The team completely stopped practicing and went to the bench also. "Aki-san! Ichinose-san! Nice to see you two again!" Shinsuke said as he approached Aki and Ichinose. They both nodded in reply. "So, how's the operation?" Shindou suddenly asked. They all looked at him then back at Aki and Ichinose. Aki sighed while Ichinose rubbed the back of his head. "What's wrong? Did something happen?" Tsurugi asked worriedly. Aki looked at them then sighed. "The operation was successful.........." she said but didn't continue. "I hear a but coming" Kariya said and crossed his arms. "You just have to find out for yourselves. Come on outside, he's waiting" Ichinose said while walking towards the exit. Aki followed. The team looked at each other, nodded, then followed them outside.
