As I was walking through the chilly night, I was thinking about what William wanted to discuss with me. It hasn't even been a full day of us not being friends, and he already wants to speak to me.
Talk about loyal.
I snuggled closer into my sweater as a strong breeze blew my body. Damn it, I hate going out at night, it's so cold. I ignored the weather as much as I could and the urge to turn around and get my ass right back home. I hope that what he has to tell me is what's going to stop world hunger because he's making me come out of my warm and cozy house and walk in this damn cold weather all the way to school! To school! Something he didn't go to today but I did!

When I finally got to the spot, I looked around, but he was nowhere. So his ass told me to come here when he wasn't going to show? I groaned loudly and got myself ready to leave, but then suddenly there was a hand on my shoulder.

I turned around quickly getting ready to do some karate, but I suppressed myself when I saw William in his favorite sweater. I know it's his favorite because Christopher stole it one day to play a prank on him, and things got ugly. I giggled when I remembered the memory. "What's so funny?" William asked, slightly smiling, but I feel like he was forcing the smile. Was he sad when he got here?
"Uh...nothing." I replied as a strong breeze blew me, making me tumble backwards. Aww, mother nature, I thought we were cool! Well, not cool like this, but cool like friends.
William grabbed my arm right when I was about to fall and pulled me up. "Uh. Thanks." I continued to say, trying to suppress the urge to hug him or something that friends do when we aren't friends anymore. "No problem." He said, then looked away. What the hell is going on here? I mean, I would like to hear what he has to say, especially since my ass is freezing when I had two obvious choices. One, stay at my warm and cozy home or two, come in this freezing weather to see someone I like. I guess I choose this because I just can't stop myself from seeing him. Damn, Christopher and Janette may be right. Maybe I do love him...nah.
"So...why'd you call me here?" I asked feeling slightly annoyed that I'm cold, while he's in his soft and warm sweater. He looked at me with a face of worry and sadness. He always gives me that stupid face and I hate it! Especially since he doesn't tell me why, but what he did next surprised me, and no he didn't kiss me again. He took off him sweater and took mines off, then put his sweater on me. Whoa...it is cozy...oh and he never gives anyone his sweater, so him giving me makes me feel special. Also I kinda blushed red.
"Are you still cold?" He asked me making me smile and shake my head no. I feel really warm right now. He gave me back my sweater making me thank him again. A sigh left his lips before he said, "Can we talk about the thing that was possibly swimming in both of our heads these past days?" He asked. Jasmine? Food? Kicking butt? Our relationship? I can go on.
"Uh...sure." I replied, my grin falling.
"What are we?"
"Not friends...?"
"..."
What? Am I not supposed to say that?
"I mean to say, what do you mean?" I asked, trying again.
