MATT'S POV

I woke up, rubbed my eyes, and saw that I was in my seat on the tour bus, which was still moving down the freeway. It was dark outside, so I assumed the other boys were still asleep. I got out of my seat and stumbled towards the boys' bunks.

My assumptions were proven correct: all the boys were passed out except Zayn, who was sitting at a seat in the back of the bus. Yawning, I made my way over to Zayn. He was on his phone, most likely texting Annie.

Zayn had told me about Annie earlier; it seemed as if she was all he ever talked about. "Eh...Zayn?" I said, resting my hand on the back of his chair.

When he didn't answer, I just looked over his shoulder. His phone told me it was 2:34 am. I sat down in the chair across from him, and he still didn't acknowledge my presence. In attempt to gain his attention, I tried flailing my arms and legs. I sighed.

Zayn was infatuated with Annie: I should've known I couldn't rip his gaze from his phone. Truth be told, Zayn and Annie were the favorite couple with the fans, but I'm guessing that's because they didn't know how their relationship was.

Annie and Zayn were very cute together, but Zayn was actually obsessed with her. Of course, he thought he was just in love, but I and all the other boys knew what it really was. According to Zayn, they had begun dating before the X-Factor.

He had been addicted to drugs or something, and Annie helped him stop. I'm not exactly sure why he was obsessed, but he was. It was actually extremely unnerving.

"So, Matthew, how was your week?" I asked myself.

"Oh, it was great. You know, I saw this hot girl. I was like 'Dayum', but I didn't want to, like, get up on that, so"

"What the hell are you doing?" Zayn asked, cutting me off. "Are you okay?" I nodded my head slowly. "Are you sure? Because you're acting like a fucking freak," he said, then resumed typing on his phone.

I guffawed. He had called me a freak. At least I wasn't obsessed with my girlfriend. I sighed, and got more comfortable in my seat, preparing for a nap. Right before I shut my eyes, Zayn spoke.

"Do you think I talk about Annie too much?" he asked. My eyes shot open.

Had I spoken out loud? I mean, I was basically half asleep, so it wouldn't be too far fetched. "Um...no! What makes you ask?" I answered.

He ducked his head and played with his fingers. "I don't know...it's just that Liam and Lou hardly ever talk about Britta or Danielle...," Zayn spoke. In my head, I was dying of laughter.

I didn't want to say "Oh, yeah, Zayn. We all think you're obsessed with her. It's actually really creepy', though. Instead, I lied. What was the harm in that?

"No! We understand...you've been together a very long time. You don't talk about her too much. I can't even believe you would think that." He nodded his head and carried on with his business. I sighed, this would be a long trip.

IZZY'S POV

It was several hours later, and Allison and I were spread out on the carpet in the upstairs living room. By this time, we had already eaten dinner, and the kitchen was clean. On the TV, the home menu for Titanic played over and over again, Allison and I had been watching it before we fell asleep.

I sat up and leaned against the couch behind me, while I restarted the movie. Beside me, Allison was still in a peaceful doze. Getting up, I sat on the couch and threw a pillow at her. She woke up with a jolt and looked at me with angry eyes.

"Wake up, loser, I restarted the movie. Now, I'm going to go make popcorn," I told her, feeling light as a feather as I skipped downstairs.

Once I got to the kitchen, I took a bag of popcorn and threw it in the microwave, also setting a large bowl on the counter next to it. As I waited, I sat on the island and sang songs I didn't even know I knew.
