-Corina-

Today was group therapy, I hated group therapy. It was basically something where either Doctor Oswald or a head nurse forced us to sit in a circle and talk about our problems.

Today though it was a head nurse, I gripped Opal to my chest as I bit my lip.

"Everyone I want you to listen up because today we have a new friend joining us in group therapy. Say hello to everyone, Taiga," the nurse said.

I looked at the new person who sat across from me in the circle and gasped. It was the weird man from my dreams.

So his name is Taiga.

While everyone else gave quiet hellos I chose to stay silent and cuddle Opal.

What is he some kind of monster, a demon, an angel?

"Hello everyone," Taiga told the group but his mercury colored eyes were focused on me.

"Now from left to right we'll all talk about ourselves let's start with, Corina," the nurse said.

I frowned at the sound of my name but started talking anyway. "My name is Corina, as everyone knows I can control dolls. Even though I can do that they attack me every night for some reason," I mumbled.

"Now, now, Corina what have I told you about spreading lies. She's schizophrenic and of course disillusioned from reality," the nurse said.

"Are you sure? She doesn't seem crazy," Taiga said looking at me.

"Taiga, we don't use the term crazy here. We use words like disillusioned or special," the nurse told him.

He frowned and picked at the stitches that lined his arm. Some of the stitches were crude, crooked, and messy. While others were neat and looked almost professional.

Did he hurt himself or something?

When it got to be Taiga's turn he crossed his arms and let out a sigh. "My name is, Taiga. I'm obviously new here and not only that I'm a living puppet searching for my master," he told us.

The nurse let out a sigh, "Taiga, stop lying. Taiga was caught self-harming and covered in blood by the police."

"I was not! I was trying to fix my stitches," he snapped.

"Taiga, remember what we said about anger do you need a timeout?" the nurse asked.

"No," he sighed.

After the last person spoke in the group, we were free to leave and either wander around or go back to our rooms.

I was heading back to my room when Taiga caught up with me he grabbed my arm and I looked at him.

"What do you want?" I asked frowning.

"Come with me. I want to show you something," he told me.

I shook my head and gripped Opal slightly tighter. "No, I don't want to. Please go away you scare me," I whispered.

"I didn't mean to, I'm sorry I really am. I just wanted to know why everyone has to keep their room door open," he told me.

"It's because a lot of the patients harm themselves or try to commit suicide," I explained.

Then I looked him in his eyes, "I don't know why you're here or what you really did to get in here. But I'll tell you now once you come here you'll never escape."
