Lucy's Pov
Brenda forced me to come shopping with her. She didn't care that I denied her request more than once, she still dragged me toward the mall.
She claimed she wanted to buy clothes and other items; a girls day out. In the hour and a half we've been here, we've entered almost every store and she's purchased multiple shirts, jeans, and dresses. Oh, and make up.
I was lucky enough to go to the toilet on my own while she got our food. While walking to the restroom, a guy crashed into me. "Bloody hell, pardon me, miss."
I looked at his person carefully, he was quite handsome. Muscular biceps, light brown hair and adorable dimples. His eyes are a darker shade of brown, his complexion is fair. "It's fine, I should have been paying attention to where I was going."
He chuckled lightly, "You don't need to take the blame, it was entirely my fault."
I smiled genuinely, "Don't worry about it." I began to make my way passed him when he spoke again.
"What's your name?"
I turned slowly, "Why would I tell a stranger my name?" He chuckled nervously before nodding. "I'll tell you mine," He bargained.
"Fair enough." I smile, I could tell him a fake name. "You first." He began to protest but I interrupted him by saying, "Don't go off on me with the whole 'ladies first' saying."
He chuckled again and nodded, "Gregg Sulkin." It seemed to fit him, I doubt it was a fake name. It would be fair enough to give him my name now.
"Lucille." But not my last name, I smile. I didn't give him time to respond, I walked to my first destination quickly.

"Thanks for the company," Brenda cheered, the back seat of her car was filled with bags from different stores. "It was fun although I'm sure you had more fun than I did."
She winked and I gave her an odd look. We were driving to my house so she could return me before dad noticed my absence. "What do you mean?" Before she began singing I added, "and don't start singing Justin Bieber." I curse him for creating a song like that. People can't say those four words without others singing to it.
"The guy who you flirted with," She laughed. "I saw you so don't deny it." Her eyes were focused on the road.
"I wasn't flirting with him," I explain. "We bumped into each other and he asked for my name."
She made a right turn, entering my street. "If you say so. It isn't a bad thing, if anything I'm glad you interacted with a dude who isn't Jake."
I rolled my eyes, remembering Jake and Daisy's betrayal. I had told her about the message he sent but she didn't seem to believe me. Her problem, not mine.
She stopped in front of my house and I noticed that dad wasn't home yet. "Thanks, Brenda." I say, trying to get off the car.
"Here," She calls out before I shut the door. "It's a gift, I hope you like it." She handed me a bag and I smiled, thanking her before she drove off.
