History behind Riz
I had met him at the end of my freshmen year in college. My friend had me come out to a house party. Some people I lived by had invited us there. When we got to the place I knew who house it was. We walked in and I said hi to the few people that I knew. Then I saw the dude who was throwing the party. We talked and he got us drinks.
Once my friend got liquor in her she was a whole another person. She had me on the dance floor. I usually don't dance but this dude came behind me and I started dancing on him. When the song was over I went and sat on the stairs.
I had my eye on my friend that was dancing. I was chilling and talking to people on the stairs. I noticed this dude who I thought was cute was there. I left him alone and went back to chatting. The dude I had danced with before came and asked me where the bathroom was. I took him up the stairs and showed him the bathroom. He tried to pull me in there with him and I told him I wasn't the one and closed the door so he could use the bathroom.
He came out the bathroom
"You know you the first girl that ever did that to me. You must not know who I am"
"That has nothing to do with anything. It just isn't who I am"
"I'm Riz by the way and I like that about you. Don't change for anymore"
"I'm Sasi. Thanks and I won't"
We stayed at the top of the stairs just chatting until my friend was looking for me. I got up and walked down 2 steps and showed my face. She saw me and went back to what she was doing. I sat back down next to Riz.
"It's not good to sleep with every girl"
"You right but I already got two kids"
"So what does that have to do with anything?"
"It means I know what's up"
"No you don't you have two kids. You try to sleep with any girl you can catch something"
"You right"
We stopped talking to see who was coming up the stairs. It was this guy I knew. He smiled at us.
"Oh girl I see you know Riz now. Riz don't play with my girl. She ain't the one" Avery said
"Yea A, I see she in good hands. You know once they in good. They set"
"Avery, You know I can handle myself. We just having a conversation"
Avery laughed and walked to the bathroom
I talked to Riz for a while longer then I found my friend and we went back to dancing.
That was the first time that I had met Riz but it wouldn't be the last time.
After that I saw him all the time. We became cool and the rest was history.
Riz became a older brother to me. He knew things about me that many other didn't and I knew things about him.
There was this one time that I was out and he was at this place. When the party was over he walked me and my friends back to our car. Waited for us to get in and watched us pull off. Then he had text me just to make sure that I had made it home safe.
Riz had my back and I knew I didn't have to worry about things. He was involved in the college life but also hand a foot in the street life.
If you looked at the relationship that we had, one would think it is something else. I wouldn't cross that line with Riz and he respected it. I knew if I wanted to be held I could count on him.
I knew for a fact that Riz didn't have two kids but that was our little secret. He actually didn't have any kids.
