CHAPTER 10

CHAPTER 10- FOR.A.MOMENT.

My phone beep, I have one message received. I open and read it.

CEO: I'm waiting outside the resto, what taking you so long? It's been 1 hour already.

Me: If you want, go, we're still talking. Please don't be demanding, stop being a control freak.

CEO: I'll wait.

Di ko na nireplyan, di pa kami nag uusap nitong si james. Walang umiimik saamin, he ordered food for both of us, we eat and just drink the wine, wala talagang nagsasalita tinitignan niya lang ako. wala pa namang isang oras kaming nandito sa loob, over lang si Azul.

I broke the silence. "So, what do you wanna tell me?"

"I still love you Marie. It's just in a wrong time." Malungkot na wika nito. Like wow! Paki alam ko ba?!

"Stop the bullshit james! Just tell me straight to the point why you want to talk to me!" I hissed, namumula na ako sa galit.

"I have a son." Yumuko ito, I saw tear escape from his eyes.

Parang binuhusan ako ng malamig na tubig. "How old is he?" I asked.

"He turns two last three months." Nakayuko pa din itong nagsasalita.

Gusto kong humiyaw! All this time...all this time..nung kasisimula pa lang ng relasyon namin may kinalantari na siyang iba!

"Who's the mother?" naiiyak na ako.

He looked up "Di ko pa pwedeng sabihin, maybe next time."

"Wala ng next time James! Kaya sabihin mo nang lahat sakin! Gusto kong bayagan ka ngayon! Alam mo ba yun? Ang kapal ng mukha mong sabihin na mahal mo ako?! Don't give me that shit!" mahina lang ang boses ko pero mariin kong sinasabi ito sa kanya.

"It's true that I love you, pero mahal ko din anak ko, kaya-" sinampal ko siya..nagulat naman ito. may humawak sakin.

"Sweethearts.." tinignan ko si Azul, bakit pumasok to?! Gusto kong gulpihin tong gagong nasa harapan ko eh!

"Don't push me James, kung ayaw mong mag mukha sa aso! Pinagbigyan kitang kausapin ngayon, but don't bullshit me! Take care of your son, marry his mother and have a good life! Don't bother me anymore. I forgive you already, so please don't fuckin bother me!" sigaw ko, di ko ugaling mag eskandalo but I can't control myself anymore.

"Abigail, calm down." Hinahaplos haplos ni Azul ang likod ko. kumalma naman ako. Pinaupo niya ako uli at tumabi sakin na hinahawan ang kamay ko, it's disturbing that he's with me, but I'm relieve he's by my side.

"Marie, I'm very sorry for everything." Nanlulumong yumuko uli ito.

It's not james anymore, not the confident, conceited international model and the drummer sa sikat na banda. He's not him anymore.

"I agree to see you James to have a closure with you. I already forgave you, but if you have a son already, stop telling that you still love me, and stop seeing my sister. Wag mo kaming iputan sa ulo. Alam kong mabuting tao ka, kaya wag mong walain ang respetong mayroon ako sayo." Seryoso kong pahayag sa kanya.

Napabuntong hininga ito at nagsalita. "The mother of my son is Marian, Marie..I'm so sorry.." umiyak na ito.

Naestatwa ako sandali at dali-daling umalis sa lugar. Naka sunod lang si Azul sakin. Naririnig ko ring tinatawag ako ni James. I want to confront Marian for all of this. Kaya pala grabi kung magalit si dad noon. Buntis pala ang malandi kong kapatid! Kaya rin pala pinadala ni dad ito sa states.
