Chapter Ten

I feel like my eyes are open yet I can not see. I hear a faint sound like someone is talking to me through a wall.

"Debby. I miss your beautiful eyes and smile. Seeing you like this kills me. Please remember me when you wake up. Please just wake up."

I fought, I pushed and tried but my eyes wouldn't open.

"Just move your hand, move anything so that I know you are in there." He cried. I felt the tears fall onto my skin, but no matter how hard I tried I could not move, my eyes sayed shut, my fingers laying by my side, limp like noodles.

Then all sound was gone, and I was back asleep.
