"How are you baby? Can you share me your thoughts?" Ngumiti siya saakin.

"Mom, stop calling me baby. I'm not a child anymore" tumawa siya sabay upo sa tabi ko. "I'm fine mom. I'm just so happy. After four long years of studying, finally" Niyakap ako ni Mommy, I hugged her back.

"Mom what's wrong? Why are you crying?" I wipe her tears.

"Nothing. I'm just happy for you" she smiled then immediately leave my room. Okay? What was that?

I lay in bed thinking about all the things that happen. Graduate na ako ng college finally! Natapos din lahat ng paghihirap at sakripisyo ko. It's worth it.

Mom and Dad said they will give me a condo once I finished college. This is it!

I woke up because my phone is ringing so loud. Hindi ko namalayan na nakatulog na pala ako kagabi sa dami ng iniisip ko.

"What's your problem?" Shim called.
"Goodmorning din!" Silly. Natutulog ako tapos tatawag 'tong babaeng to at wala namang sasabihing matino.

"I'm on my way to your home. Get ready. We will have an after party Irene Estiva"

"Fine. Whatever" Narinig ko pa siyang tumawa at pinutol ko na ang tawag.

Naligo ako at nagbihis na para sa party na sinasabi ng bestfriend ko.
Bumaba na ako sa kusina para kumain at nakita ko si Mommy na nagpeprepare ng breakfast.

"Goodmorning Mom" Hindi niya ako nilingon. Umupo na ako at nagsimulang kumuha ng pagkain

"Shim called me. Aalis daw kayo?"
Tiningnan ko siya at hindi siya makatingin saakin.

"Mom are you okay? What's wrong? Please tell me."

"Nothing baby I'm fine." She smiled, that was a relief.

"Mom aalis na po ako! Kasama po pala namin si Greg."

"Okay, mag ingat ka. Text me if you need anything. Magpahatid ka sa boyfriend mo pag uwi niyo" tumango ako, hinalikan ko na siya sa pisngi at tumakbo na ako palabas ng bahay.

Nakita kong nag hihintay na si Greg saakin. I thought Shim will pick me? Lumapit na ako sakanya, I hugged him. Narinig ko ang munting halakhak niya.

"Get in" I nod. Pinanuod ko siyang umikot sakanyang sasakyan at pumasok na siya sa driver's seat.

"I thought Shim will pick me? What happened to her?"

"She texted me. Something urgent happen so..."

"Ah. Okay. Drive safe you idiot. Last time I check muntikan na tayong mabangga sa puno dahil ang bilis mong magpatakbo. Buti na lang walang nangyaring masama saatin" I rolled my eyes at him.

"That was two months ago. I was a little bit drunk that time. I'm sorry" then he laughed.

"Yeah right" I rolled my eyes again.

"You're rolling your eyes too much. My Irene is so cute" he held my hand.
I blushed.
"Go ahead. Drive safely"
Tumingin  na lamang ako sa bintana at ngumiti.
