25. Lame

First of all I'm sorry I didn't update last week. My health hasn't been that great so I had lots of doctor's appointments and I've been so stressed. Anyways, this might be ugly but I'll give you all some fluff kinda not really?

Also BTS won a MelON award for best dance group and I cried bc their performance was so good.

"I guess I should start" Zayn wipes the sweat off his palms on his jeans and clears his throat. Now that he thinks about it he feels like shit.

"I... I guess it started when... when you went to the hospital that one time for your n-nightmares" he notices Liam stiffen a little. He knows it was out of their control, it's not like they could tell that was going to happen. He scoots closer and hesitantly holds Liam's hand in both of his. He can see Liam's lip tremble a little so he quickly tries to reassure him.

"N-not in a bad way! It's just... I was a little stressed with the bills and everything but I got it taken care of please don't think any of my behavior was your fault baby" Zayn kisses both Liam's cheeks and looks into his eyes making sure he understands. Liam nods a little sniffling.

"Well... after that I noticed that you well... I don't know you would sometimes come home a little late and-and you would I don't know smell different? I know that sounds weird but its true..." Zayn takes a deep breathe before continuing.

"I thought maybe... I thought-"Liam cuts him off before he can finish.

"You thought I-I was ch-cheating" Liam cries. He's crying because that means that Zayn doesn't trust him which is stupid because Liam should be the one with trust issues here.

"baby I know I'm stupid I'm sorry I realize now how stupid I was to think of something like that, if anything you should be thinking those things of me" Zayn hugs Liam close to him for a while. Why has he made so many mistakes? Why does he always hurt Liam?

"How can you not trust me?" Liam cries. Scooting closer to Zayn and hugging him closer.

"I do I do I swear I do Liam, I love you so much I was just being really stupid please I promise I'll never hurt you ever again Liam" Zayn pulls back and wipes away as much of Liam's tears as he can. He feels so horrible for making Liam cry like this but maybe this will be like a turning point in their lives. He hopes it is because he never wants to hurt Liam again.

"You said that last time" Liam whimpers.

"I know and I'm a piece of shit for always breaking my promises..." Zayn whispers rubbing his back.

"I love you Zayn" Liam whispers in his ear. Zayn feels like crying because honestly how many times does he have to hurt this wonderful boy. He should be making him cry with joy not sadness. What kind of boyfriend is he?

"I love you too Liam... so so much I swear I'll never hurt you ever again, I'll make you the happiest person alive and we'll get married and have lots of kids and we'll buy  a dog and we'll grow old together" Zayn promises and Liam can't help but smile because that's all he's ever wanted with Zayn.
