After breakfast I was going to take a shower, but what's the point when I'm just going to be sweating anyways?

So, I go up to the room and before I close the door Colten shows up.

"Wear a bathing suit under your clothes." And then he leaves.

I shrug and pull on my white bikini top, it's a white lace type design and is ruffly. The bottoms are plane white and tie at the hip.

I pull on a pair of denim short shorts and a grey tank top that cuts at the side down to my waist.

Pulling on a pair of black converse I grab a grey and black Jansport backpack and head downstairs.

"Ready?" Colten asks and stands up. He has his white swim trunks on with plaid blue and grey lines. He has a white v-neck shirt that defines his muscles perfectly and black converse on as well. Yes, we're 'that' couple.

"Yep!" I clap my hands excitedly.

I grab Colten's hand and we walk out of the house into the hot, humid Puerto Rican air.

The sun is shining brightly down on us as we walk the streets.

"It's so beautiful," I smile and squeeze Colten's hand. I took about three years of Spanish, starting eighth grade and then into my sophomore year. So at least I know a little of their native language.

"I know, and I knew you would like it. Remind me after our hike to take you shopping," he says and I nod.

San Juan is a very popular city in Puerto Rico considering it's their capital city, and many people are out and about shopping and what not.

Colten leads me farther along the streets and we get to a wooded area, a nature trail.

"I'm probably going to trip over every little twig," I warn and begin to walk on the dirt, the sun shining through the trees which gives us some shade.

"Like I forgot about how clumsy you are," he snorts.

"Then why did you take me on a hike?" I look at him confused.

"Because it's not just a hike," he smiles and I shut up.

I'm still slightly sore from going at it last night with Colten, but it's not unbearable.

"I'm thirsty!" I whine.

"Here's some water," Colten hands me a huge Smart water bottle and I chug about a quarter of if.

"I'm tired!" I whine three minutes later.

"We're almost where we need to be," Colten assures.

"Are you sure we're not lost," I squint my eyes at the sun even though I'm wearing sunglasses.

"Are you doubting my mapping skills?" He asks, looking somewhat shocked.

"Well, we've been walking for over two hours-"

"It's been twenty minutes!" He shouts in frustration.

"Doesn't feel like it," I grumble and we stumble upon a clearing.

I cover my mouth with my hand and giggle.

It reminds me so much of Twilight, I swear.

There's a spring of water in the opening, a mountain on one side of it and trees surrounding the whole thing.

"You like?" Colten asks and I nod frantically.

There's a rope hanging from one of the trees that looks pretty easy to climb and my heart jumps in excitement.
