Chapter 6- Don't you just hate old people sometimes?

IM SO SORRY I HAVENT UPLOADED IN SOO LONG!!!! It's like my first week of school and I already have a project due first thing on monday! I haven't even started! Only the research part! Thanks for keeping up with me though! and thanks for the votes and comments!

I had my intercom on and I was hiding in the tree, our target was locked on sight. We couldn't fail this!

"Five meters, I'm ready anytime" Naruto's voice buzzed through the intercom.

"I'm ready" Sasuke buzzed.

"Me too!" Sakura said.

"Ready when you are" I said through the mic.

"Okay" Kakashi said. "Go!"

I launched forwards, the others from different angles, we had the target trapped! He let out a furious hiss but was otherwise frozen with fear.

"Got'cha!" Naruto said grabbing the grey tabby cat. It let out another hiss and this time swiped at Naruto's face.

"Is there a ribbon on the left ear?" Kakashi buzzed through the intercom. "Are you sure this is the target, Tora?"

"Yeah, we're sure" Sasuke replied back.

"Good, lost pet 'Tore' mission completed."

We handed the poor cat Tora back to it's overly loving fat lady owner, Madam Shijimi! Look at the way she was squishing the poor cat, no wonder it ran away!

"Oh my cute little Tora-chan" she gushed. "I was so worried!"

After Madam Shijimi walked away we went to the third Hokage to receive our new mission, if you could actually call them missions. I mean how it babysitting a baby a ninja's job!? Go hire a real babysitter!

"Now Kakashi's team #7" Hokage said. "You're next mission is, hmm... either babysitting an elders grandson, shopping in the neighborhood village, or digging in the potato fields-"

"No, no no. NO Thank you" Naruto hissed. "I want to do, you know, a more incredible mission!!! Find a better one!"

I sighed, I saw this coming. I agree non the less, these missions I don't think in my book are real missions. Our ninja skills and Talents are put to waste here!

"You idiot!" Iruka sensei shouted who was sitting next to the Hokage. "You are just a rookie! Everyone starts with simple duties and works their way up!"

The Hokage sighed.

"But we keep getting the crappiest possible duties!" Naruto argued back.

"Be quiet you" Kakashi said punching Naruto on the head.

"Naruto" the Haokge said. "It seems that I have to explain to you what these duties are all about. Many villages receives numerous requests, from babysitting to assassinations. Each request is written down on these lists and divided into A, B, C, D, based on difficulty. The village is also divided based on skill. Starting with me Kage, to Jou, Chuu, and Ge-nins."

The third - Hokage - Leader

Kakashi  - Jounin   -  Elite

Iruka        - Chuunin- Average
