Chapter 18- The weird Sound nin trio!

I stared in otter shock at the scene before me, that last blow should've killed him! Yet the snake man still stood there grinning as he pushed back in place, the fake face that was charred and burned. And what was this of wanting Sasuke? He sounded like a pedophile more and more every second.

I clenched my jaw together, wanting to act badly against this enemy, but I held my place having promised my comrade I'd leave this guy to him. Stupid me!

"Sasuke-kun!" Sakura shouted jumping next to him. The snake man chuckled, I had the urge to yell 'What's so funny?!' but held my tongue.

"What do you want with me?!" Sasuke growled.

"That will be reviled in due time," the snake man answered. "For now I was just testing you're ability and you passed with flying colours!"

Sasuke bared his teeth at him, "I don't understand!"

Suddenly the two of them froze, both Sasuke and Sakura. I sensed the genjustu in time though and activated my power countering the strong justu.

"You really are his brother aren't you?"

I sensed shock and anger from Sasuke, there was something about his brother that seemed important to him. Seeing as it was private I didn't pry into his mind.

The snake man noticed too and smirked, "I can sense power in you're eyes that surpass Itachi."

"Who the hell are you?!" Sasuke shouted. I've never seen him lose composure like this before, this snake guy knew something. I'm, guessing it had something to do with this Itachi character.

"My name is Orochimaru," Orochimaru said (I'm kind relieved that I'm no longer calling his the snake man), he held out the earth scroll he had earlier swallowed, it was burning. "If you want to see me again, survive and pass this exam... Of course defeating my men, the sound nin trio along the way."

I gasped, "Is that the plan they were talking about?!"

Orochimaru looked to me amused, "Strange, my sound nins are highly trained in sound. They wouldn't let something like that be overheard by another. Which brings me to my next question, what is you're power?"

I snorted, "A shinobi never tells the enemy of their justu's secrets!"

"True," Orochimaru said and turned back to Sasuke. "As I was saying, beat this exam and my men and you may see me again."

"What the hell are you talking about?!" Sakura shouted enraged. "We never want to see you again!"

Orochimaru chuckled darkly, he made a hand justu, "It won't go that way."

His neck suddenly extended and his body stayed in place as his head shot towards Sasuke, I reacted quickly to knock him away but it was too late. Orochimaru's fangs sunk into Sasuke's next, and when he release Sasuke his head retracted back to his body. I watched in horror as Sasuke cried in pain and fell to his knees.

"What th fuck are you?!" I shouted, "A vampire?!"

"Not even close," Orochimaru said. "But Sasuke will seek me out for power"

Sasuke's cry sounded through the forest and a evil chakra surrounded the bitten area on his neck. Sakura freaked and kneeled next to him unsure of what to do.

"What did you do to him?!" I shouted.

Orochimaru began to sink into the ground, "I only gave him a going away present."

"Like hell you did!" I yelled, I used the roots in the ground trying to catch him underground but when one of my roots was about to hit him, Orochimaru disappeared leaving a little trace of his chakra from the teleportation justu he used.
