Chapter 21 PART 1

:::Sooyoung and Yoona’s apartment:::

Sooyoung lay flat on her back staring at the ceiling as the kiss replayed itself over and over again in her head. Closing her eyes, Sooyoung could almost feel Jessica’s sweet lips on hers, her soft touch as she clung to her and the way her hand lost itself in her hair. Exhaling deeply, Sooyoung bit her lip as she reluctantly called the only person that she thinks might be able to help her sort herself.

“Yah...it’s almost 2 in the morning Sooyoung....” the voice at the other end picked up, without a doubt annoyed with her sudden intrusion.

“Bunny...something happened...”

“Huh? Are you alright? What’s up?” Sunny’s voice was suddenly semi-awake, and the shikshin could practically see her bounce up from her bed.

“Stop hopping bunny.” Sooyoung chuckled before continuing awkwardly, “Uhm...I kissed Jessica today.”

Now fully awake, Sunny found herself grinning from ear to ear, “Really?! Oh my! So the jealousy thing worked!” 

“What jealousy thing?”

“N-n-nothing!” Sunny squeaked as she majorly slipped. “So...what’re you gonna do about it?”

“I really don’t know...I want to tell her already...but I don’t know exactly what to tell her...”

“I think that kiss pretty much sums up everything already.”

“Yeah...about that...Uhm...I did something...wrong”

“Aish...We’re going in circles because of you...” Sunny groaned in exasperation as she massaged her head. “Meet me this morning at about 10? I can’t do this over the phone at 2 in the morning half-asleep..”

“Okay...Where do you want to meet?”

:::Amusement park:::

“Seriously? We’re gonna have our heart to heart talk here?” Sooyoung asked skeptically as they stood in front of a ferris wheel.

“Where the hell did you get that cheesy concept?” Sunny asked with raised eyebrows as she pulled Sooyoung inside a passenger car of the ferris wheel.

“I got it from YOUR magazine, if you must know.” Sooyoung answered rolling her eyes.

“Stop being so grumpy, I’m here to help you remember?” Sunny winked before glancing at her watch. “Where the heck are those two?!”

“WAIT FOR US!” Much to Sooyoung’s surprise, Yoona and Taeyeon squeezed themselves into Sooyoung and Sunny’s passenger car.

“Why the heck are they here?” Sooyoung complained. “I thought it’d be just the two of us.”

“The more hearts for your “heart to heart talk” the better.” Sunny joked before closing the door. “And you need all the help you can get Sooyoungie, with the snail’s pace you’re going.”

“Heart to heart talk? Since when did you become so cheesy?” Taeyeon joked, poking Sooyoung at her ribs.

“Since she fell in luuurve.” Yoona hooted before digging into her bag of snacks.

“Seriously, this is not the time to eat! I’m at a lost on what to do!” Sooyoung said, exasperated. Only then did she noticed three pairs of eyes that were now looking at her in shock.

“What?”

“Did the great shikshin said that or am I slowly going deaf?”

“You just said....Oh my god you really ARE in love...”
