"So, (Y/N), what do you think of.... (Y/N)? You okay? Snap out of it for goodness' sake!" Patrick said, snapping his fingers in front of you in an attempt to get you out of your daze. "We need to finish this song tomorrow."

"Yeah, I am. Sorry." You shrugged it off and continued with whatever Patrick was saying about this collaborated song that the five of you planned; namely Pete, Andy, Joe, Patrick and of course, you.

"You know, you don't need to do this if you're not into it," he crossed his arms in disappointment, "you seem like you don't want to and you're forced. Or you're too lazy."

You were at a loss for words. "I'm not."

"Then what do you call what you're doing right now? You know what? I'm done working with you."

After being heavily offended by him, you stood up from your chair beside him. "I'm going out."

"What? Where? It's raining, stay inside!" he commanded, trying to show that he was concerned.

"I figured you wouldn't want a lazy person. Goodbye." And with that, you walked outside of the mini studio and stayed in the pouring rain outside. What you didn't know was that there was someone who followed you outside.

"(Y/N)! LET'S GO BACK INSIDE!" You felt a pair of footsteps behind you, and when you turned to see who it was, you accidentally smashed lips into someone else's.

Patrick's.

The both of you stayed like that; in the pouring rain, kissing and savoring each other's presence.

"Wow, that was..." Patrick said as you pulled away from the kiss. "Amazing."

"I know. Why didn't you pull back, though? I thought you hated me?"

"What? No. I could never hate you." He wrapped his arms around your waist and nuzzled his face in your neck, not minding that the cold breeze'll moisten his glasses. "I love you."

"I think I could say the same thing."
