A/N: Updating because it's Valentine's Day. I really tried my best in writing fluff but I guess I failed. Enjoy and Happy Valentine's to y'all!

Today was Valentine's Day and for the first time in five years, you finally had a date. A bonus point is that your date was none other than Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy.

You put on a white Panic! At The Disco shirt with a red cardigan over it. You wore black pants with white sneakers for the lower part of your body while your face had only very minimal make-up. Once you were satisfied at how you looked, you ran downstairs and sat on the footsteps of your door, staring at the driveway.

A black car pulled up in front of your house as a very good-looking Patrick went outside and walked over to you, a smile spreading across your face as he did.

"You look amazing," he whispered as he kissed your cheek. The both of you have been dating for five months already yet all of the kisses were never more than a kiss on the cheek or on the head. You were saving your first kiss for the boy who truly deserved it. Your smile grew as he complimented you. "Come on, darling. Let's go." He took your hand and walked you to his car.

He opened the door for you as your smile turned into a smirk. "What a gentleman."

He rolled his eyes playfully as he went in his seat next, closing the door ecstatically. "Since we haven't really discussed where we're going tonight, you'll know when we get there." He started the engine and started driving to the destination. The whole car ride was decently silent for two people having a date, and a few conversations lit up that made you laugh. Sooner than expected, the both of you arrived at the destination.

"Woah," you gasped. He parked at the parking lot of a carnival, lights shimmering everywhere and kids with their parents roaming everywhere you could see. You got off and stared in amazement as he did the same and went to you.

"Like the view?" he asked, his breath across your neck. Your smile grew deeper as you turned to face him. "I tried my best at guessing what place you'd like to be taken to. Do you like it?"

"Like it?" You put on a frown which made him look sad. "I fucking love it! Thank you, Patrick!" You kissed him on the cheek as his sad look disappeared as a chuckle escaped his lips.

"Shall we go, madame?" he asked as he took your hand. His little moves like this only made you love him more despite not being in an actual relationship. You wrapped your fingers around his as you entered the carnival.

The light gave you a glow, which was a beautiful sight for Patrick. Your eyes lit up as you passed every ride, him asking you consecutively what ride you'd like to ride first. "It's so beautiful," you whispered in astonishment.

"Just like you." The grip on your hands tightened as you stopped in front of a rollercoaster. Unlike Patrick, you loved rollercoasters. "No, (Y/N), we are not—"

He was cut off by you running to the line in front of the ride. "Come on, Stump. Don't be such a scaredy-cat."

He huffed. "I'm allergic to cats."

"Okay then. You're just scared." You made it to where they were selling the tickets and bought two as Patrick's breath hitched.

"No, (Y/N). We are not riding this helltrap. Let's go." He tried walking away, but he was too late. You already put him on the ride.

"That was cruel," he remarked. Your body was still shaking with adrenaline after the ride. "Next time, we're going somewhere not life-threatening."

"Are you kidding me?" you exclaimed. "It was amazing! There was this view of the whole city and the wind and—"

"Alright, alright, I get it." He chuckled. Silence fell over the both of you as you continued walking and it was utterly awkward. You looked to your right and saw a huge teddy bear near a prize booth which made you gasp and call Patrick's attention. "You want the huge stuffed toy?"

You nodded eagerly as he made his way to the booth and paid for the game. He shot a dart and successfully popped all the balloons needed for the bear. As soon as it was handed to you, you hugged it hard as Patrick stared at you, completely adoring your display of cuteness.

"Thank you, Patrick!" you exclaimed as you kissed his cheek and sat on the benches on the side of the park.

"Anything for you, (Y/N)."

You sighed in contentment as you stared at the stars. They were shining as bright as your eyes as half of them twinkled and half of them dimmed. You felt a hand reach for yours as you turned to your side and saw Patrick with watering eyes. He stood up and started walking away which caught you off guard. You ran after him, the bear still in your arms. You used your spare hand to turn him around which gave you a full view of his face.

You were in the middle of the park, but you weren't afraid to question him. "Why are you running away? Did I do something bad?"

"No," he denied, wiping away his tears. "I just realized something."

"What?"

He took a deep breath and stared into your eyes. "That after these long years of being alone, I have finally found the only person who could make me smile, feel happy and the one that I truly love. And that's you, (Y/N)."

Your eyes started watering as he pulled you in his embrace. "Hey, could you do me a favor?" he whispered while his head was on your neck.

"What?"

"Of being my girlfriend?"

You pulled away and nodded vigorously as he leaned in and kissed your lips, a spark igniting between the two of you. That one feeling you were longing for who knows how long has now been felt and it was nothing like you've ever experienced. That one kiss you were saving for the right guy was finally taken by none other than Patrick Stump.
