~Raziel~

I watch as Hana makes her way through the crowd, stopping every now and then to talk to someone. On the outside I can see her smiling politely to everyone, nodding to thier comments and thanking them for the complements. But I can tell that she isn't having that great a time. I make my way over to her. "How is the celebration so far?" I ask.
"Exhausting. Ive been asked to show my scars like every five seconds," she sighs and  I laugh.
"The people are just amazed. No angel has ever survived something like this before."
"I know. it's just-" she was cut off. A girl about her age squeezed through the crowd of people. Hana looked like she recognized her. "Hana! Oh my goodness I'm so sorry! I should have known it was you when I first saw you!"
"Don't worry, Faida. I liked being treated like everyone else." Hana said.
I coughed. Hana turned over to me. "Oh! Faida, this is Raziel, but I'm going to assume you already knew that. Raziel, this is Faida, I met her earlier today before the cerimony."
Faida smiled at me. "Nice to meet you!" She blushed. "Nice to meet you too." I say. Faida is wearing a sky blue dress and her hair is tied up in a ribbon that matches it. She's wearing a lot more makeup than Hana is, although I still think that Hana is more beautiful.
Hana looks a little brighter than she did before. We talked for a little while. Eventually Faida said, "um, I think I'm going to go, starting to get a little tired," Hana looked like she wanted to do just that. But this party was hers, she couldn't leave too soon. "Bye," she told her. After Faida walked off, Hana turned to look at me. "Do you want to go to the food stand?"
"Okay," I told her. Holding her hand, We tried to weave our way through the mass of angels. After Hana bieng interuppted for the fourth time from someone wanting to introduce themselves, I decided it would be best to go somewhere else. "Let's go-" just then alarms blared. "What is happening?" Hana yelled over the noise. I was about to answer when a voice yelled through the alarm. "The gates have been breached! The dark ones have gotten into our realm!"

~Hana~

As soon as that voice went off, Raziel grabbed onto me tightly and started carrying me out of the mass of chaos. "Let go- your hurting me!" I yelped.
"I am not losing you a second time to them! Never again."
I cought a glimpse of what was happening as Raziel shot up into the air. There were fallen angels and demons among the Angels. They were fighting. I tried to make out if Damen was in the crowd, but Raziel had flown too far to tell.
Then I saw one of them fly up. It seemed to be getting closer to us. "Raziel, we are being chased."
The shape got closer and I recognized the black hair and blue eyes. Damen. But why is he with them? The other fallen angels looked like they were trying to kill the Angels. My friends. Faida is down there somewhere. I don't even know if I should trust him anymore. Damen has gotten closer to us. Raziel stopped. "What are you doing?" I asked him. By now Damen was about 10 feet in front of us. He stopped too.
"Give me Hana, Raziel, and I won't hurt you."
"Never," Raziel hissed.
With one hand holding onto me, Raziel had a weakness. But with his free hand, he created an orb of light. Light magick.
Damen did the same but his orb was dark.
"What are you doing, Damen?" I ask.
"We need to leave now Hana."
"No."
A flash of hurt glints in his eyes. "Don't you trust me? I just want to keep you safe."
"I can keep her safe," Raziel told him.
"You can't keep her safe from Lucifer," Damen said.
"What do you-" in that small window of confusion, Damen used the opportunity to throw his dark magick at Razeil. I noticed that he was careful to avoid hitting me. In return, Raziel hit Damens shoulder. I'm pretty sure they could do worse to each other, but with me here, I'm pretty sure they are trying to be nicer. Damen is more powerful than Razeil, he is more advanced in dark magick. He hits one of Raziels wings. It wasn't with much force, but his wings are what is keeping him up, and I'm pretty sure and angels wing is very delicate and can be hurt easily.
When Raziel loosened his grip on me from pain, Damen shot forward and took me out of his grasp. "No!" Raziel yelled. But it was too late. Damen was already speeding past Raziel and shot forward into a ready made portal to earth.

"Damen, stop!" I screech. By now we are gliding through the blue skies of earth. I want to be back on the ground.
"I'm protecting you."
"I was already protected! Just fine until you and your army showed up!"
"Let me explain-"
"No! I don't want to hear another word until I am on solid ground again." I feel so useless and dependent when I'm in the air. I like knowing I can run or hide if I have to.
With a sigh, Damen lowered me down into a forest. "Sit down," he tells me.
"No. I am going to stand."
"Fine. Just listen. Lucifer is very upset that you aren't dead. He asked me to kill you, and I won't. He will kill me if he finds out I lied. So I needed to get you far away from both realms, where we will not be found."
"Why? Why does Lucifer want you to kill me? Why not someone else?"
"That's not important."
"No more lying, Damen. Tell me why Lucifer is asking you to kill me."
He lowered his voice. "Because I didn't kill you the first time."
"What do you mean?" I ask.

"I didn't kill the one who cut off your wings, Hana." His blue eyes stare into mine. "I am the one who cut off your wings."
