"Hey baby, guess who." A soft deep voice spoke from behind, he had a strong German accent, and a heavy scent of pine.
I shiver, he made me uncomfortable. He removed his hands and came to where I could see him. His short black hair slicked back, pale skin, dark brown eyes. The way he looked at me, made me crawl with fear.
"Won't you say hello?" He chirped with a smile.
"Hello." I whispered, blanky staring at him.
"I am Joseph." He bowed politely. "And you are?"
"I'm not going to give you my name." I stated roughly.
He playfully acted offended, a big grin crossed his face.
"Oh why not beautiful?" I didn't respond, he was starting to annoy me. I wanted him to leave "Oh don't ignore me."
He grabbed my arm tightly.
"Let go!" I nearly screamed. He chuckles.
"No, I'm not going to let go, a beautiful girl like you can't be let go." He creepily sniffs my hair amused at my squirming.
"Let her go Joseph." A strong voice boomed off from the side. We both look the way the voice came from. It was the bark eyed boy that I first met.
"You gonna make me, Pan?" Joseph threatened.
"I can." Pan gave a scowl, walking towards us. He grabbed Joseph's hand and ripped it off me. Pan glared at him. "This is not how you treat guests." Joseph grabbed his hand away from Pan, letting out a growl and walking away. Pan looks down at me, his face softens, he kneels near me.
"Are you alright?" He asked concerned, I simply nod, I look at the fire. "Still not talking eh?"
"I can talk, I just don't want to." I said under my breath.
"You don't need to be afraid, you're safe with us." He comforted, but he kept his distance. I look at him confused.
"Where am I?" I wanted answers, he better tell me.
"You're in our camp."
"What part if the world is this campsite located?" I ask irritated.
"It's not on the world, more like a place outside the world." He answered.
"I don't believe you." I looked away from him, back at the fire.
"I can prove it if you want." He stares blankly at me, I don't move a single muscle.
"I'd rather not want you to." I stared at the fire, hugging myself.
"Will you tell me your name at least?" He begged.
"Allison." I whispered, he kept a straight face, but I saw his lips curved for a second, before turning into a thin line again.
"That's a wonderful name." I don't really want to talk to anyone, I wanna be left alone. "Have you gotten a tour around the place?" He asked bluntly, like he didn't want to talk with me, but he had to.
I nod slightly, "Scott gave me a tour."
"That's nice of him." He stared off into the woods, not even looking at me. I look at him questionably.
"What's your name?" He asked for my name I ask for his. He straightened his back, turned to me, still not looking straight at me.
"Peter Pan." I look at him blankly.
"That's a nice name." I tell him quickly, he might be a little crazy. I look up at him, he looked familiar. "Have we met before?"
"I don't think we have. Why?"
"I've seen you somewhere." And then it clicked. I saw him it that vison that shadow gave me.
"I realized I've seen you in a vision or dream someone gave me." I mutter, he worriedly looks at me.
"Who gave you the dream."
"Basically a shadow. Black transparent skin, yellow glowing eyes. No mouth but he still talks, somehow. He's just as tall as you." I explained. His face turned white. He stands up and turned his back to me.
"Stay here where it's safe." He instructed roughly.
"Wait, where are you going?" I yelled after him. He walked into the woods. I looked for anyone watching so I followed.
I sneakily followed without him knowing. He sped up so I tried to keep with him, but I eventually lost him. I forgot where the camp was, until I felt a hand on my wrist. I panicked, and looked to who it was.
"What are you doing out here?" Scott demanded, voice full of worry.
"I -I was following Peter until I lost him." I stammer.
"Do you know how dangerous it is out here? What if it wasn't me who found you?" He rested his hand on his hip.
"You're right, I'm sorry." I barely whispered. Scott nods his head and turns his back to me, heading back to camp. I have no where else to go, so I follow close behind.
It's nearly dark, how much time has past?
Scott looks forward not saying a word to me.
As soon as we get to camp, Scott goes into the kitchen tent. He comes outside with two bowls, and hands one to me.
"Here is some stew. It'll keep you warm." As the evening went on it did get chilly. We sat by the fire, and ate our stew, it was amazing. I couldn't believe that stew could be so good.
Soon every boy sat by the fire, soon I felt a little small.
"How long have I been here?" I asked Scott. He thinks for a moment, looking at his bowl.
"A couple weeks." He replies, before I could ask anymore questions, Scott speaks.
"Hmm, where's Peter? Anyone seen Peter?" Scott yelled loudly.
"I saw him at the waterfall." One boy, I haven't met, said.
"I saw him in the woods." Said another, Scott sighs deeply. He looks up and around, at everyone.
"Has anyone seen Aaron?" Scott questions. I look at the ground sadly, Aaron was the name of my little brother. My grandpa fought so hard to keep me, it would've been harder to keep the both of us.
"He's right here." Matt exclaimed. I looked up, Scott and I looked in Matt's direction. He pointed to the boy beside him.
"Where's Peter? Do you know?" Scott yelled for Aaron to hear.
"I don't know. I saw him earlier today." Aaron spoke softly.
"Please come here." Scott spoke calmly. Aaron walked over to us with a head down.
He looked so familiar, he glanced at me, then turned his head towards me, staring gazingly.
Tears brimmed my eyes.
"Aaron . . " I didn't even recognize my own voice. I nearly tackled him, he ran into my arms, hugging me tightly.
"I thought I'd never see you again." I sobbed, petting the back of his head gently. I heard him crying softly into my shoulder.
"I missed you so much." I cried.
"Ali . . . " Was all he could say. I fall to my knees, not caring about all the eyes on us.
