They were together, but they were still lost. They were in a barren wasteland, having no idea how it had been destroyed so quickly. It was just to much to take in and Savanna broke down, in to Henry's shoulder. She wondered how many people had died, and how many more would too. Maybe they would. Savanna realized that at first it had seemed like one elaborate game, now it was their life.

Henry thought they should start collecting supplies so they could survive and help the survivors. Also, they would need to find more information on the effects of his invention. What the blue smoke was, and what it did to people. They had only seen the people groan and talk, not what they actually did-maybe. Henry felt something crawl on him. He turned his face to his shoulder. It was a gigantic centipede!
"Ahhhhhhhhh!" Henry screamed. Which made Savanna scream too. All the sudden they heard a voice.
"Yep, these chemicals shore have changed nature, haven't they!" They turned around to see a tall old man with a base ball cap, backwards on his head.
"Ruined some lives, but it is still a mighty 'mazin expire the, or invention, as you might call it." Henry glanced at the old man.
"And what might we call you, sir?" Henry said in his most polite and manly voice.
"You may call me Dave, and I am here to rescue you, because I know exactly who you are." Dave looked at each of them and smiled.
"You ready to go?"
Henry and Savanna nodded their heads in agreement.
